CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.

Experience your ideal home in Key West, where beautiful Atlantic beaches and the island breeze await. This elegantly appointed residence at the 1800 Atlantic Condominiums offers a serene escape with travertine flooring, plush wool carpets, and calming interiors featuring grass-cloth and stone countertops.

The spacious living room is perfect for gatherings, featuring inviting furnishings, a large LCD flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views. The dining area seats six, and the bar accommodates four more, with easy access to the generous balcony, which also seats four for outdoor meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances and a pantry to conveniently stock up for your stay. The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub, while the guest bedroom also features a king bed and a bath nearby.

The complex includes a large pool, spa, and barbecue grills for your enjoyment. Plus, you’re just steps away from Smathers and Atlantic Beaches, with nearby nature trails and the vibrant Duval Street only a 10-minute bike ride away.

Impressive location and beautiful condo with perfect necessities! Beds are comfortable, enough seating for all activities and spacious! All the comforts of home, with an ocean view! Everyone in the building and pool area are so kind and friendly. Ubers arrive within minutes, it was a perfect getaway!

Everything was so nice. I can only recommend that when you check out please let the customer get back in so if you forgot something you can go back in without having to track someone down. At least a 30 to 45 minute courtesy time.

The condo overall was great. Only complaint (which was beyond the owners control) was that they were demolishing and resurfacing balcony floors right next to our condo, which was incredibly dusty and loud. Unfortunately, I doubt that this was known when we booked the condo (approximately 6 months prior). Definitely recommend the condo- well equipped, clean, and check in and check out was super easy!

The good news is the new surfaces are by far superior and they will be out of this building by November. Please try us again on your future travels and I will happily give you a free upgrade.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator wasn’t working but they tried to inform us when we were in flight and we worked with property management to make it right. They were there to fix it as soon as the part was in. Great pool and beach access (walking). Comfortable for our family

April stay

Overall, we were very impressed with this property. The only thing I have to complain about is that in the guest bathroom that the shower worked but you could not take a bath if you wanted to the bath handle is broke otherwise everything went perfect.

We thought everything was absolutely amazing. Loved our condo and will recommend to others. Check out/leaving keys was tough as we needed the gate remote to leave but had to leave in the unit. I would say return keys, etc back to lock box maybe.

Lovely unit and great location.

The unit is furnished well, has nice views and is well located. It is also quiet. Parking for an oversized vehicle can be a challenge but we were lucky and found a spot each night. The unit has a few broken closet drawers, but for our 4 day stay it wasn't a problem. The dryer takes forever to dry anything...just a heads up. Also, bring your own shampoo and soap if you have multiple people or a longer stay as those products along with some kitchen essentials are sparse. Overall though, we enjoyed the unit.a longer dtay

Key memories

We enjoyed our time in key west! The condo was nice and clean and spacious. Cooking equipment was not big enough to cook for a family. Skillets too small and no cookie sheets or pizza pans, had to cook one thing at a time. Otherwise everything was great! The property management was awesome and very helpful with everything needed. Thank you for having us! We are very thankful for all the key memories made!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to Key West several times, Sundial condo was by far the best place I have stayed (even better then the Pier House, LOL). The condo was spotless & has everything you need. Beds & even the pull out couch were very comfortable. Pool was amazing & location was perfect, especially since we rented a golf cart for the week. My family and I go to Key West every year for the boat races and we all agree that we will NEVER stay anywhere else but at this location. The best part of this condo was the property managers, Diana & Julia. Due to weather & flight delays/cancellations they went out of their way to accommodate early arrival & extended departure. They are the maim reason we will be returning next year!!

Wonderful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Key West. Our condo was updated, very modern and very clean. The complex itself was a little dated, but the awesome ocean view, large pool and beautiful grounds made up for that! We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early, the gentleman helping us with that was very friendly. We did not rent a car, so we relied on Lyft which was always available within a couple of minutes. This complex is very close to the airport. We did rent a golf cart for 24 hours from Pirate Scooter which was a fun way to see the island. If you want a quiet area away from Duval Street, Sundial is a fantastic option! We also did a snorkeling excursion with Danger Charters, ate at Bagatelle’s, Latitudes, and Blue Heaven- all were delicious!
