Parfait pour une escapade en famille ou un groupe d'amis qui cherchent à se détendre à Key West avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Pleine grandeur entiÚrement équipée manger dans la cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse. Grand balcon privé donnant sur la cour tropicale luxuriante et les jardins botaniques.

Grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, lit King dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hÎtes et un canapé-lit gigogne queen dans le salon. 2 salles de bain complÚtes.

1800 Atlantic possÚde la meilleure piscine de l'ßle et un jacuzzi pour 20 personnes. 3 courts de tennis éclairés, dont un en terre battue. Parking assigné sécurisé.

Loved the walk through the lush tropical garden to get to the pool. Ocean is visible but not accessible from the property, but it's a very close walk to a walk-up beach front. Strict rules at the pool - it's clear this property is geared towards retirees rather than families (no beach balls or music allowed at the pool). But we enjoyed ourselves and liked the proximity to everything in town.

Everything seemed great BUT just to let you know the hall bathroom sink faucet basically had no water coming out to even brush your teeth but was very nice

Place was great only thing that wasnt aware of is that it said a sea view so we was expecting to be able to see it from the balcony and wasnt so was a little misleading and was expecting to be able to use the jacuzzi tub but jets wouldnt work and was definitely needing to use but wasnt able to, the closet door was broke but other than that pleace was great

The unit we stayed in was good but could have been better if instructions for accessing the unit for the first time were just a little clearer. Also, alternate parking for golf carts or tall cars was not easy since rental garage doors are so low. Garage door opener did not work anyway.

Misrepresented

First things first, beach side is a water line with sand not rocks. Picture on the review and listing even isn't part of the property. It is Smather's beach which is located 3 mins away in a car. The property was clean and organized. The review I am writing may seem tilted toward not having a beachside view or access but the pictures and description lead one to believe that it is.

Mattress topper please!!!

Nice, lots of cabinetry. Plenty of cookware Quiet, besides the ground floor downfall of heavy feet and doors above. Nice view of the garden. The floors were very dirty. One trip across and feet were blackened. Biggest downfall, the king mattress! Never slept onAnything worse. An old, flat topper lay atop the mattress that must have come with the condo from the beginning. Plenty of squeaky springs, no cushion at all. Along with the pancake pillows. Would be nice if they were updated/replaced. Any anything qorse.

Nice, Quiet Location

We loved this location because it was away from the Key West night life but still close enough for a quick car ride or decent walk. The condo was very roomy and had most amenities needed for your stay.

Get away from Indiana snow

We took a 4 day get away from Indiana, that was booked only about a week before.I have stayed in many . This one was not up to the Value of other places.The building is in need of updating, and they are in process, but inside, while the kitchen and baths have been. Updated( the most expensive part) nothing as far as decorating looks updated in 30 years.I have been in high rise units with 3 bedrooms with balcony &. water views and paid less, and the decor was current within the last 5-8 years.There was also a lot of tiny white ants all over the kitchen, and we had to keep any food in the fridge to protect it.My mistake was booking late and getting what was left, as an option, I guess.The pool WAS very nice and warm and the hot tub was also nice The chaise area in the sand was a good alternative to going to the beach down the street..

Communication néante de leur part, réclamation de remboursement rapidement refusée par all florida keys, une honte, du pur vol sans aucune considération...

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

The water in the master shower would not get hot but we just used the hall shower and the ice maker did not seem to work. Also the water filter in the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We loved the condo and the pool. Absolutely loved the sereneness of 1800, being able to retreat to the calm and quiet yet have access to all the fun in a few minutes. Thank you very much! We will be back. Wd are very interested in renting Feb 1-15 somewhere...we actually love the B units being so close to getting in and out and having a breezeway.
