Located in the world-renowned surf spot of Bells Beach, our guesthouse is perfect for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. situated on 10 acres of expansive paddocks and native bushland, it is also home to kangaroos, kookaburras, echidnas and beautiful birdlife. You can either choose to relax on the deck overlooking the beautiful dam or simply explore the Great Ocean Road and all that it has to offer.

We are located just 2 minutes away from the world-class surf spot of Bells-Beach and Winkipop and are only a short 10-minute drive to Anglesea and Torquay for all for your shopping and dining needs. We are in close proximity to local wineries including Bellbrae Estate and Wolseley Wines. If you are interested in hiking or mountain biking, there are many picturesque tracks close by with the most popular tracks being Ironbark Basin, Hurst Road and the Great Ocean Road Walking tracks.

Having only been built 3 years ago, this Bells Beach Oasis still feels brand new, with a well-appointed kitchen, laundry with a washer and dryer, bathroom and separate toilet. The living area has a lovely fireplace, TV, comfy couches and a beautiful handmade wooden bar table to dine on. You will be guaranteed a good night’s sleep with the brand-new queen-sized beds and bunks. There is also a separate TV room for those wanting their own space. The house feels spacious and cosy, capturing natural light and views from every room making it seamless from the outside to in. Open the large sliding doors to enjoy the sea breeze that flows through the home for ventilation on hot summer nights, as well as making use of the stunning handmade wooden ceiling fans.

Guests have full access to the spacious lawn area in front of the property and close to the dam, which is perfect for picnics, yoga, ball games or just relaxing with book. Heading outside onto the deck brings many highlights, the outside shower for after your beach adventures, BBQ, dining setting and a large natural outlook.

We Offer convenient self-check-in and one key is provided.

Whilst the guesthouse is a standalone building, there is also a ‘main house’ which is approximately 100 metres away and is occupied by a lovely, friendly family. You may hear the occasional car coming and going and hear kids playing. The bonus being that if you ever need anything, we will be right there to assist you! However, you will have full privacy and we will make sure you can enjoy your stay in peace. Please keep the noise outside to a minimum after 9pm.

Our Bells Beach Oasis is ideally set up for a couple or one family, with a max of 8 guests.

If booking with children, it is very important to note that there are bunk beds and a dam that is not fenced right in front of the house. Please just be mindful to watch your children at all times.

All linen and towels are provided.

The bar table also doubles as a very comfortable workspace for those who need office space.
