POOL RULES

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following pool rules must be followed at all times. Please note: Pool access must be arranged and paid for prior to your arrival, and it must be booked for the entire duration of your stay.

As we cannot operate or adjust the pool equipment while guests are present, it’s important that we set everything up in advance to ensure the pool is properly heated, water it’s tested and ready for your use.

By signing the waiver and staying at the property, you agree to comply fully with the rules below:

1. Supervision & Responsibility
• The pool area must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times when in use.
• Children must never be left unattended near or inside the pool area.
• Use the pool at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities.

2. Gate & Fence Policy
• The pool gate and fence door must be closed and securely latched at all times when not in use.
• Leaving the gate open is strictly prohibited and is a violation of house rules and safety protocols.

3. Pool Hours
• Pool use is permitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only.
• No swimming is allowed outside of these hours.

4. Waiver Requirement
• All adult guests must sign the Pool Liability Waiver prior to using the pool.
• Guests who have not signed the waiver are not permitted to access or use the pool.

5. Conduct & Hygiene
• No diving, running, or horseplay in or around the pool area.
• Shower before entering the pool.
• No food or glass containers near the pool.
• Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.

6. Alcohol & Substances
• No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicated behavior is allowed in the pool area.
• Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the property.

7. Cleanliness & Use
• Do not use the pool if you are ill or have open wounds.
• Dispose of all trash in the provided bins.
• Do not tamper with pool equipment. Do not throw anything in the pool like (pool accessories, garden stone , etc ) this will damage the pool liner

8. Emergencies
• Call 911 in case of emergency.
• First aid supplies are located inside the house [you may specify location].
