Welcome to our newly renovated beach front apartment! This is as close as you can get to the beach without dipping your toes in the sand. You will have the whole top floor apartment to yourself, to unwind and enjoy the surrounding area.
The reason you will be booking this apartment is going to get be all about the location and the views! I can promise you, you will enjoy your time spent at our ocean front apartment!
This beautiful light and fresh, 2 bedroom apartment, is so welcoming and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will have free WIFI and a 58 inch smart TV. There is a balcony with an outdoor setting and Webber BBQ for you to enjoy a drink or have your meals.
You will get lovely breezes off the ocean to keep you nice and cool, and the soundproof window (in the main bedroom), black out curtains and the soundproof sliding door will help you sleep like a baby! There are ceiling fans in every room.
The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The king mattress is a medium firmness and the queen is a soft mattress. They are both super comfortable, but obviously everyone is different in their preferences!
Enjoy the brand new kitchen and bathroom.
You will have the whole apartment to yourself.
You will have your own private under cover car space.

Please note that there is expected construction to start on a building next door to our complex. There will be no construction in our building, but to our neighbouring lot. There are no definitive start dates as of yet, but construction is expected to start in late May 2024. The contractors can only work during the hours of 7am-5pm during the weekdays and would be reduced on weekends. Thankfully, this shouldn't be an issue because the ocean noise will drown a lot of it out, and don't worry, the amazing view will not be impacted!
