The entire home is your own. The section is flat and fully fenced. There is no garage parking, but driveway room for 2-3 cars and a boat plus on road parking as well.

The home is set up for self check-in, and we will always be available if you need us. We live close by and find it is usually best communicating through the Airbnb app or via text messages.

Discover Ruakaka – a laid-back coastal town just 1 hour and 30 minutes north of Auckland.

With kilometres of sandy beach right on your doorstep, you can enjoy surfing and swimming (there’s a patrolled surf club), stroll along the shore, or simply relax and take in the sea air. It’s also a great base for fishing, with excellent launching facilities at nearby Marsden Cove.

Explore the wider Bream Bay area – Waipu Golf Course and Ruakaka Race Track are close by, and Waipu village offers great dining and boutique shopping. There’s no public transport in the area, so you’ll need your own vehicle to get around and make the most of your stay.
