Condo magnifiquement décoré ~ Piscine communautaire et balcon privé!

Restez avec nous dans cette superbe propriété côté golfe, Villas sur le golfe # J5! Situé à quelques pas du golfe du Mexique, ce condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain magnifiquement décoré et immaculé offre une belle vue à angle sur le golfe depuis un balcon privé.

Vous apprécierez les touches de décoration côtières de la Floride, des sols en bambou nouvellement installés aux œuvres d'art de plage. À la fin de la journée, tout le monde aura un choix de divertissement dans le condo, avec des téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres! Reine dans le maître, reine dans la deuxième chambre pour dormir quatre. Il se trouve au deuxième étage d'un immeuble de trois étages avec cage d'escalier couverte. Profitez d'une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur à chargement frontal dans l'unité!
Le séjour le plus économique sur la plage, alors profitez-en! INTERNET SANS FIL GRATUIT !!! Une place de parking couverte. (En photo aérienne, le bâtiment J est en bas à gauche, perpendiculaire à la plage). Du samedi au samedi en juin et juillet.

Clean but upstairs guests were so loud with stomping all night that it kept us up all night. A 9am checkout is not ok with the cleaning people knocking at 9. It’s the beach for goodness sakes.

Property was as described. Affordable for a 3 night stay. Easy check in, clean and inviting. Safe area and easy access to the beach. Quiet throughout the day and night. Loved having the washer & dryer! Outside balcony was lovely! Good communication with property manager. Would book again and highly recommend.

Pensacola Beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to the beautiful beach. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The owner was also very responsive and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

The condo was even cuter than the photos. I wish you could see the ocean from the patio seating area but it was still nice to sit out there. The walk to the beach is just around the corner. The water was so clear and calm. I just wish it were a little closer to restaurants but other than that our stay couldn't have been more perfect.

Everything was great except for the AC was broken when we arrived and was not fixed for 48 hrs. We had to spend two days nights without AC.

great summer location

I highly recommend this property. It was a very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was excellent. We were close enough to walk to the beach within a couple of minutes and not crowded. We liked that the shopping and restaurants were just up the street just a few minutes away. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. I usually don't sleep this well away from home but I slept very good here. I would come back to stay here. Loved the location, beach and beds!

Close to the beach

We had a last minute trip planned. First time staying here. It was close to the beach. The only downside was the beds are queens, one shower is small, the couch is short and small. Was glad it had a good washer and dryer in the unit though. There was an upper unit that you could hear footsteps.

Very nice stay

Easy access to both the beach and our vehicles, so very convenient. Close to all of the restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds. Only thing is if you plan on cooking much, make sure to bring everything you need. No spices or anything like that. No coffee filters, etc, etc. This place is a rental only, not someone's home away from home, so prepare for that and you'll be fine. Short trip, had a great time, and would rent again.

This is a nice property

Pros: nice property; property appears as described; good location Cons: there was a strand of hair from the previous tenant in my tub; we were unable to access the villa without the help of customer service because the door is not aligned so it would not read the code without me holding the door while entering the code; the fan blades in the kitchen need to be cleaned (really bad for people with allergies); the last step leading to the car port is unstable.

Pensacola vacation

The condo was lovely. Very clean, close to beach access, beautiful pool, well decorated. While the master bedroom had a very soft and comfortable bed (loved the pillows) the 2nd bedroom’s sheets didn’t fit well and had static electricity (odd in summer) and my adult son was uncomfortable. We were able to use the top sheet to keep it in place by tucking in the corners and that worked great after the first night. There was no hairdryer in the condo and we didn’t bring one. Also it would have been nice to have coffee filters already there instead of a trip to get some. Otherwise we loved it and are very happy with our stay.

Adorable Home Away From Home - Sunny Florida

Staying at this condo was like staying at my own home away from home. From the beautiful decor to the kitchen, which was well equipped for cooking your own meals to the exceptional linens and decor, everything was perfect. My favorite part was it was just steps from the beach and you could come and go all day long without having to load down a car. Everyone could find something to do or just kick back and relax in the condo or at the beach. There was also a pool on site if you are not a big fan of swimming in the ocean. There was a trolley stop nearby and several places to eat and drink within a few miles. We enjoyed that it was a little removed from the busy part of town but close enough to do everything we wanted. We loved being able to pack light and do our laundry when it was convenient versus having to go somewhere. This is especially nice with the many towels one could use during a stay. I would recommend this condo if you want a nice place to get away that is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home in beautiful sunny Florida.

Not beach friendly.

Was not impressed with the condo. The walk in shower in the main bathroom was very small. There was only 3 bath towels in each bathroom. No extra towels so had to laundry the towels after every shower. All mirrors were to low. Bathroom's did not have any counter space at the sink area so there was no where to lay items such as makeup, deodorant, hair dryer etc. Bathroom sink's are free standing. Rugs in the living room and dining room very rough. Had to wear shoes to walk on them. The condo did have plenty of cooking utensils but that was the only thing it had going for it. It does not have any beach items such as umbrella's or beach chair's. Good thing we brought ours. Would not stay there again.

Home away from home :) ~ ...but save trunk space for recyclables!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was so great being so close to the beach; far enough away from the crowds, yet still accessible by trolley or bike. [If you don't bring bikes, there's a bike rental place right across the street from the Villas!] Our place was perfect; the hardwoods and mats made for easy clean up, there was a large amount of drawer/closet space, and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook major meals. [It was nice that there was a fresh sponge, soap, oil, spices and some paper goods to get us started]. The condition of the property was great; however, beach access from the property and crowding became an issue the 2nd half of the week; the beach sand replenishing construction interrupted our beach experiences- for that, it would be nice to get a couple of hundred dollars back- this was our 1st family vacation in 2 years, I wanted it to be closer to perfect. *Also, a serious suggestion I have is that the condo association pressure the city to adopt a recycling plan; we brought ours home, but the beach is full of cans, glass and cardboard that should not be thrown away :(
