Beach Club # 1606C offre la destination de vacances à la plage dont vous rêviez. Situé directement sur le sable de la plage de Pensacola au Beach Club Resort and Spa, ce condo de quatre chambres à coucher offre plus que suffisamment d'espace pour 11 personnes. Les fenêtres du sol au plafond offrent une vue magnifique sur la plage dans votre espace de vie principal et deux chambres. Les vues sur la plage ne manqueront pas de vous attirer sur votre grand balcon privé et de le regarder de plus près. Doté d'un mobilier confortable et d'un barbecue privé, cet endroit est idéal pour créer des souvenirs. Condo was nice. Master bathroom door leaks so the showerhead had to be angled toward the wall or the bathroom floor had water every where. We did notice a few things while we were there that suggests someone had been in the condo. A 5-hour energy and a phone charger were right next to the stove after a beach day. Charger was plugged in. A day or two later it was gone then it was back again. I wish there were other ways to lock the door besides the code. We all thought those items were one of our families then when we were packing to leave we noticed the charger was gone again, but the 5-hr energy was still there. We discussed who's it was with everyone & no one knew. It definitely did not feel very secure with just that one lock. The washer needs cleaned, it smells like mildew. Otherwise it is a nice condo.

This condo was easy to find, a great location, had awesome amenities and an unforgettable view. Beach access was easy and there were lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing trip!

This was such a perfect get-away! My mom and 2 teenage children went for a quick vacay to celebrate my mom's 77th and my daughter's 17th birthday. We could not have asked for a better stay...condo, beach, pool, easy walking distance to restaurants...it was PERFECT! Finding something that nana and both teens (14 and 17) can all enjoy and relax is sometimes tricky but this did the trick :) We never had to get back in the car once we got there which was very nice. Each person had their own room so everyone had their own space and bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and this trip...can't wait to go back! Thank you for your hospitality and helping us create great memories that will last forever :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 4-BR condo and found the condo itself very nice though there were not enough hand towels or kitchen towels. Also had issues with wi-fi only working in certain spots in the condo. Having only two keys was an inconvenience EVEN WITH codes for doors. Could not get to pool area without key. All in all, will rent again at Beach Club.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Club is a great resort. We have stayed there twice in different condos with different management companies. The views are beautiful, the beach, fishing pier, dining, pool and entertainment are all within walking distance. It's great for families of all ages. When renting from Gulf Blue, our unit had an unusual number of concerns: broken grill, broken ice maker, broken toaster and a few misc. issues. The property managers were quick to address them without incident. Overall, we had a great vacation!

❤️ BeachClub, just not this unit so much

The condo is beautiful location and the layout is great. It is just showing it’s wear and wasn’t cleaned as well as ours was last year. The furniture and fixtures had several issues (things broken, dirty or not working) but we have tried to report them all so they will be fixed for the next visitors. We love Beach Club and always try to stay in a 4 bedroom corner unit...this has been our least favorite but you can’t go wrong with Beach Club in general. We’ll be back next year...just a different unit.

Spacious w/ Beautiful Views, Needs Updates

The check-in process and communication were great. The view was absolutely beautiful just as shown in the pictures, and the proximity to the beach, gym, heated pool, and outdoor pool were perfect. Very nice property overall, but could use some of the updates also listed in the other reviews - appliances (door code, water filter, TVs), mattresses (one guest had to sleep on the couch because it was more comfortable), and accurate updates (jetted tub is shown in picture but was not working during our stay, code provided did not match door code so we had to fiddle for a while). They also had to come and lift the hurricane shutters which were blocking the view for part of our stay. These things should be taken care of before arrival. The place is spacious and was perfect for what we wanted. The second balcony was also enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if the things people have asked to be updated are updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach Club is a wonderful property with wonderful amenities. The outdoor pool and hot tub are great. Another really great thing is the indoor pool and hot tub. It rained a couple of days, but at least we were able to use the indoor facilities. The gym is beautifully equipped. Our condo was beautiful and spacious(we had nine people). The only negative is that some of the things are reaching an age to be replaced. We have stayed there in the past. The blides have missing slats and so the sun is in your eyes in the morning. There were many lights out also. There could have been more linens. All in all, I would certainly go back and really enjoyed it.

Beautiful property!

There a few things that need to be clarified. 1. If your at the outside pool or beach past 9:00 there needs to be some kind of signage that lets you know you cannot enter the building through the backside. You must walk around to the front and you will gain access to the building 2. There is only parking outside- not in the garage. 3. The WiFi password is located on the WiFi internet box in the master bedroom 5. The master bedroom is in major need for replacement. There is a sponge topper placed on the mattress, but the mattress itself sinks on both sides. It is impossible for more that one person to sleep on it, as you have to sleep in the middle 6. The ice maker doesn’t work We absolutely loved the, spectacular views, the abundance of kitchen appliances and pots & pans, the supplies of soap, dishwashing liquid, plush towels, plenty of pillows, sheets, & blankets. The codes and keys made us feel very safe. We enjoyed the complementary beach chairs & umbrellas. Your beach was well kept and gorgeous! Your staff was very friendly and answered all our questions! Overall as far as the rental unit we would rent again if the master bedroom mattress was replaced.

The entire family thoroughly enjoys the accommodations, however, there are two issues that is bothersome to all of us. We rent a total of 7 or 8 bedrooms in total and have very very limited access to key cards, etc. It seems only fair that each bedroom should be allowed access to the spa area and indoor facilities. It does not seem fair that the majority of us have to walk around the building to access the pool and beach. We have a disabled mother and it was very difficult for her - especially not being able to use the elevator to get into the spa/indoor pool area. The other issue is that the umbrellas were placed so close together on the beach that it was difficult to walk to the water. They need to leave more space inbetween each other or at least leave one large space straight out from the beach club bridge so that the access is much easier for guests to get down to the water without having to step over other people's belongings. Beach Club is a nice facility that I have stayed at multiple times. This unit has a great view of the Gulf and the Bay. It has just about everything you need and they list out the items you should bring. The jetted tub was not working at the time of our stay. That did not really bother us since we did not plan to use it anyway, but I thought it worth mentioning for someone else to consider. The blinds in the back master would not lower, simple maintenance issue. Overall, I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Do not recommend

First, I will say the view and balcony are very pretty and we enjoyed watching the water and sunset. Overall, the condo is very bare and there is not a rug or anything to make it feel comfortable. The main complaint that we had is that most of our stay the condo smelled like sewage near the front door, hall and bedrooms. It was so bad we didn't use one of the bedrooms and a family member slept on the couch. We contacted the management company and they were friendly but did not offer any help. This may be a problem coming from outside the unit and can't be fixed, but we would not stay in this unit again.

Great condo for family get together

Condo is beautiful with fantastic views from a corner 16th floor unit! Would definitely select this condo again. The spa, fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools are great! The many codes required take getting used to and we requested more fobs (which we were given). You definitely feel secure! A great stay!

Broken stuff not fixed

We stayed in this unit last year and were aware of several broken issues. We called 4 weeks before our check in to remind them of our issues. None of the stuff was fixed when we arrived and some of if was still not fixed when we checked out. On the bright side we did receive a partial refund.

Love the place

1. Check in was horrible gate code given was wrong even when on phone with Southern gave code wrong it was non stop. 2. They need to replenish the cook ware there was no mixing bowls, needs bigger skillets, more baking pans and spare beds were horrible to sleep on. The master was amazing, but for the price the beds need to be more comfortable. 3. The view was amazing couldn't ask for a better view. I understand renters don’t take care of your place, but the people that try to take better care of the rental like me is being punished for it. Marilyn B.

Great location

This was a great place for our girls' getaway. Everything was top notch. I only have two suggestions...our shower needed a shelf or shower caddy. Very awkward having no place to put the soap, shampoo or washcloth. Also there are NO rugs in the property. A bedside rug (at least) is nice to put your feet on when you get in/out of bed. Other than these two suggestions, all was perfect.
