This penthouse condo was beautiful! It provided everything we needed. Kitchen was very large and fully stocked. The wrap around balcony was truly special. Master bedroom suite was outstanding with amazing space and breathtaking views of the Gulf!

The beach view was spectacular.We had awesome sunsets and what was a spectacular wraparound views, of the Gulf of America, and the bay views Overall a 6 star rating with the views.

We were late checking in so we didn't meet the host but access was easy. There were some maintenance issues that were handled quickly and that meant alot. The views were amazing and the master bed was excellent for a restful nights sleep.We enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Great stay

Nice property in the perfect location. Not too far from the busy boardwalk area, but far enough to avoid the traffic and crowds. Condo was beautiful. Our family had a great stay.

Wonderful Time

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beach access was a very short walk across the street. Great location.

Fam and friends vacation

Room was great with excellent views. 45 min drive to the base to see the Blue Angels. Could have seen them from a distance from the balcony. Plenty of space for the 7 of us.

Perfect vacation!

My husband and I spent time here with our adult kids, it was everything we hoped! Clean, well maintained comfortable, with amazing views and access to the beach. The property management is friendly and welcoming and at the same time efficient and professional. This was a perfect place for our family to unwind and relax.

The unit is a large penthouse and the gulf and bay views are gorgeous! Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are nice size and updated. The master bedroom was always warm, due to a solid window facade for the view. Overall it did cool down to a comfortable temp to sleep.We had to have the master bed and a twin bed stripped and redone due to dog hair and human hair on the sheets and the covers were stained and the master bedroom coverlet looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while. We were provided ALL clean linens the next day. Because it was late, after hours, when I discovered it, I washed the master bedroom sheets myself that first night. They do not provide 24 hour services.All TVs worked intermittently, buffering was terrible.The master shower had to be re-cleaned because of hair. The master bedroom toilet is not attached by the two bolts on each side.Area rugs in living area and master bedroom are very stained and need to be cleaned.Mirrors in two bedrooms on sliding closet doors had large cracks, which property manager acknowledged, but to others renting, especially with kids, dangerous.You will be met at the unit for an initial walk through. I highly suggest inspecting ALL bedding and ALL bathrooms at that time. You get two parking spots, period, so if you have 4 vehicles, unit sleeps 10 and provides an air mattress, 2 will be on public streets.Beach is close, but no board walk, so bring a GOOD beach wagon. No umbrella services either.
