North Creek Family Escape
Comfortable ground floor apartment (under main house) across the road from a big park, the river and a great bike path. View pictured is not available from the apartment, but you only have to step outside.
Minutes from shops, cinema and all entertainment. There's a large swimming pool in the backyard with a shaded deck to relax on.
The largest bedroom has shelves of toys and books for the kids, and play space.
No smoking in or around the property.
1 dog welcome - please include in booking. Please enquire about other pets
The space
The unit is fully self-contained. The backyard and pool are with shared with the owners, as well as the laundry. However, aside from checking pool chemicals regularly and tending to the worm farm every morning, we are rarely in the space.
We have a couple of small very friendly dogs (1 only there occasionally). The pool area is clean and tidy with a new, partially shaded deck to lounge on.
We will always respect your privacy but are available for questions and advice as needed.
As this flat is under a main residence there is some noise from footfall, and the main entrance, so if absolute quiet is your desire this may not be the property for you, but as we're family friendly, we don't mind the noise of the kids playing, so please don't worry!
Guest access
All areas of the flat, backyard and pool. There is a dividing door between the flat and the main house which is kept locked to maintain privacy.
Other things to note
Please note that the dog that lives full time at the house is older and so may not enjoy younger or more energetic dogs jumping on him. Please be mindful.
Please ensure to dispose of any of your pet's poo from the garden.
