- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

This is the 2nd time we've rented this place and it's amazing. The condo itself is very nice, clean, and well stocked fast as utensils and such. The ease of getting everywhere is so simple. We will definitely be back for a 3rd time!

Perfect trip.

This place is great. Everything went smoothly One of our best trips to PCB. Condo is clean and up to date. Elevators are fast we never waited more than a couple of minutes. Beautiful view and great location. PBC is great to work with. Absolutely no problem from start to finish.

Clean, Well-Stocked Condo in a Prime Beachfront Location

We had a fantastic time at this condo! The floor level was perfect—not too high and not too low—and offered a great view of the ocean. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including fresh linens, towels, and all the kitchen essentials. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and lunch in the unit and explored some great local restaurants for dinner each night. The location is ideal, with everything conveniently nearby. One of the best parts was the included beach service with chairs—it made our beach days so easy and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend booking this unit!

Beautiful Condo

A beautiful condo located right on the beach and one block from Pier Park. Our favorite spot is the balcony watching the sun set. The condo is very clean and well-equipped. Excellent communication from Premium Beach throughout our visit. We absolutely will be back!

A decent stay

The condo was as described in the listing. The communication with the management company was great! I love the fact that they do text you also. I did feel like they send too many emails leading up to the arrival though. We were able to get into the property early. The portal they send you is great and very informative. The property is great with the bar onsite and the hub right across the road for food. The pool was great and not crowded at all. The condo is in a great location, in walking distance to a lot of things. The beach chairs were great only thing is they take them up at 5pm. We did have a few issues while at the condo, that is my reason for the three stars. The biggest issue was the sink and the shower not draining or draining very lowly in the second bathroom. Management did send over the maintenance man, he fixed the issue for the moment. He did advised it is an ongoing issue with the building pipes, so please beware of that. The next time we used it, it did the same thing. The sink literally took hours to drain. The showers are dated but the rest of the unit was updated. The iron also did not work and was leaking, but the maintenance man brought one right over. FYI: The third room with the two twin beds is exactly how it looks on the photos. The room is very small, the door literally does not open all the way and hits one of the beds. Also heads up if you are funny about sheets like I am please bring your own.

Spring Break Trip - March 2025

We loved everything about this condo! The condo was very clean! The location was perfect, a very short walk to Pier Park and even though it is on the main highway it was very quiet!! I was traveling with 3 teenagers, so they could easily take a walk and find lots of attractions, shopping, restaurants and not feel like a parent was hovering over them. All the staff for the condo that we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful! The owners were very prompt answering any questions that I had and offered us an early check-in that we took advantage of! Super easy reservation and departure process! And we loved the four reserved beach chairs although we had a few pool days as well! Overall, I would give it more than 5 stars if that was an option! Would definitely book again for future visits!

Good location

Great location near Pier Park. The views from the 6th floor are perfect. The host is very responsive. Beds are not really comfortable. One twin bed is good. The other twin bed and queen bed, you can feel the springs in your back. The king bed is comfortable. Unit was clean, we did see a few cockroaches when we first arrived. On day two the HOA manager finally came to spray with Raid. On day three, we had no hot water, but found that the circuit breaker somehow tripped and this was resolved in a few hours. However, only 3 short showers will have hot water, the 4th may be Luke warm. Overall, not a bad place to stay. The free activities were a nice perk.

Beautiful Unit

We loved our stay in this condo at Calypso. The unit is very clean and modern. We had everything that we needed to enjoy a late fall getaway. With Pier Park just across the street we never needed to move the car as we could walk to countless restaurants and attractions. We will be booking it again next year. Also excellent communication before, during and after our visit!

Our stay was amazing! The place was very clean, exactly what was pictured on the site. The Host was amazing. Our family will e staying here again. The evening sunsets being by the pier was perfect 💯. Thank you Calypso for being super attractive to the people that stay there !

You won’t be disappointed with this condo!

This condo is very clean, great location and is decorated perfect for the beach. Loved our stay and the experience from the purchase through the entire stay was perfect and we’ve been renting condos at PCB for 20 years. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo!

The location is always good for us. Pier Park, Wal-Mart, shopping center are within minutes. As for the room, it was ok. The couch, rug and a few other things needed updated. But, all in all would stay here again. Nice room that I recommend.

Enjoyable stay

The property owners were easy to work with. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was an issue with the door sticking that the property owners had maintenance take care of quickly. We love this location, with quick access to stores, restaurants and entertainment.

Paradise & location

Had a great week at this condo. The location was ideal to Pier Park and the Pier. We loved getting up to reserve our beach chairs/umbrella to spend most of the day on the beach. The condo was exactly as it was listed and was very clean & comfortable. It wasn’t that long of a wait for the elevators either. There was everything we needed here. The three bedrooms were perfect for my two adult daughters too. Appreciated all the communication from the owner too. We would definitely recommend booking here & we would visit again.

Family Vacation

Our room was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The weather was beautiful everyday. Our kids throughly enjoyed both large swimming pools. The tiki bar on the patio was very convenient. We also enjoyed being in walking distance to the pier and pier park. The Hub in tower 3 had delicious fresh donuts and iced coffee. Communication with the property manager was quick and on point. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Elevator wait times were a little headache during some parts of the day, but that's to be expected during peak season. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay agian!

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was exactly as described and spotless! The beds were comfortable, and the balcony was divine! The location is central to numerous walkable restaurants, (we did not move the car for 4 days)! Would definitely stay here again.
