- This 2-story home requires 2 steps for entry. While there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 1st floor, additional steps are required to access the lower-level bedrooms
- Guests can tie up their boats to the private dock, but the lift is not available for guest use
- The large rec room with the pool table is heated
- Your safety matters. This property features 8 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is above the garage facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the side facing the main entry, camera 3 is on the side door facing the back side of the home, camera 4 is facing the southern entry on the lower level, camera 5 is facing the cement driveway, cameras 6 and 7 are on the back of the home facing the patio and backyard, and camera 8 is facing the dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
- This property includes an internal smart device used to measure excessive noise in the home. It does not have a camera but does measure volume levels throughout the home while guests are present

This place is amazing. It has just about everything you can want to entertain and accommodate a large family on the lake. Communication was great with the hosts and the place was super clean. The dock accessories and float pad were a huge hit with the kids.

Family Weekend

Lawn and lake were great. Loved the swim platform and lily pad. Enclosed deck was nice as well. Secluded.

Relaxing stay

Property is better than photos show! We loved a relaxing stay. The weather wasn’t great for some of our visit, but the house is so well equipped with the game room and theater room that we still had so much fun! Kayaks, paddle board and pedal boat were bonuses on our sunny days.

This place was awesome. We had pretty good weather and made use of the lake and floating island. Internet is fast. We had about 12-15 phones on the WiFi and it was no problem. WiFi reached to the lake, very nice for streaming music. Lots of room inside. Garage with games!! Would recommend!!!

Such a wonderful place. Swimming was easy for young children at the pier. Rented their pontoon w/slide, probably the most enjoyed event for the kids. Newly renovated and well maintained. Neatly decorated and all the amenities included. The movie theater was a huge plus for everyone, the popcorn popper also a hit but bring your own prepackaged popcorn. Ryan the host answers his phone all the time and nice to work with. Very pleased!!

Great Getaway

Great getaway with everything needed for family fun. Enjoy Kayaks, campfire, grilling out, infoor kitchen, movie theater, board and card games. Fun for all ages at house. Water fun with supervision. Thanks for the new memories.

Great Place for a Summer Getaway

The house was perfect for our group, 7 adults and 11 kids. The kids really enjoyed all of the extra amenities like the water toys and rec room. We did have the neighbor stop by to tell us the kids were being too loud but he was respectful about it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and extra linens.

Beautiful Lakeside Home

This place was a beautiful place to stay with tons to do. The only difficulty we had was the neighbors called to complain at 9:15pm on a Friday night with a noise complaint. Our kids were simply enjoying playing volleyball. Other than that it was a great place to stay with lots of room and amenities.

Best experience our family could've hoped for!! Definitely a 5-star rating. This home is SO well-furnished, we left a lot of what we brought packed. The indoor/outdoor games were great. Our grandkids and their friends (all in their early 20's) had a ton fun. If you like like to kayak and fish, this is the place. We will book again!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful Lake

We had 14 of us staying in this property. It was very clean and very nice. The reason for our stay was to go ATVing on the local trails. There are an abundance of great trails, however, for those going for that purpose; the trails are great, just very dusty (it was super dry) and glorified gravel roads. The second day, we decided to stick back and enjoy the house and the lake. There were plenty of towels at the property and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a couple of minor things; but nothing to write home to mom about. There was plenty of parking room for trucks and big trailers. Overall, a great experience.

Great stay on Lake Arbutus

Our group of nine had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious and clean with nice decor and furnishings. The lake was great for swimming, and the kids had a blast on the swim raft and lily pad. The kayaks were fun too. The garage full of activities was a great bonus. Our only complaints were the basement was very damp and the ceiling fan in one bedroom didn’t work. The owner did send an electrician to try to fix the fan but he wasn’t able to. Overall an excellent lake house!

Great getaway with family and friends

Really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was exactly the place we were looking for. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of beds and kitchen was large and open. Game room and movie room were a bonus. Being right on the water with my boat slipped at the dock was nice as well, However, I have a larger deep V 19 foot boat and had a difficult time with making it fit properly on the dock due to size of dock and depth but we made it work. It did get bounced around a little with all the boat traffic so make sure to bring at least 3 or 4 larger bumpers along. You always have the option of renting the large pontoon but since I brought my own we didn’t need to. We really enjoyed the game room, even most of the adults. Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to me when I had a question. Unfortunately fishing wasn’t the greatest due to all the runoff we had from the rain and a mayfly hatch but from what I hear it can be a good lake to fish at the right times. I would definitely rent again if I have the opportunity.
