This 2 bedroom unit is neat and tidy with a leafy outlook off your balcony where you can sit and feel the sea breezes. Nestled in between Kings Beach and Shelly Beach take a short stroll to either beach or your choice of the many quality cafes and restaurants all just a 5 minute walk away.

Unit 2 'Chequers Caloundra' is located on the 1st floor with access via stairs only and will sleep up to 4 people in a Double bed and 2 Single beds. This property features a washing machine, dryer, TV, and ceiling fans

There is 1 bathroom with a walk in shower and separate toilet.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
