Deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain condo qui dort 8. Cette baisse morte de l'unité magnifique offre de belles vues avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour profiter de la vue de Baldy Mountain et de la ville la nuit! Il y a un ascenseur, piscine d'été, bains à remous, foyer au gaz avec étonnante nouvelle ambiance rock, nouvelle cuisine de haut en bas. Ceci est l'une des unités très agréables dans le complexe avec une promenade facile à la ville pour faire du shopping, des restaurants et la vie nocturne et à seulement un pâté de la télécabine.

Great location just a 5 minute walk to the gondola and 1-2 blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved having all of those windows for natural light. We did hear footsteps from the folks in the condo above us, but it was not distracting enough to deduct a star from this review. We wondered why there was a white noise machine on the nightstand! Covered parking was great until it was taken by others, so we had to park in the open spaces and got covered by snow. Not a deal breaker but it seemed like the same cars were always in the covered spots.

Guys ski trip

My two friends & I had a great time here on our ski trip. The location is amazing! It is a short walk to the gondola to ski and a short walk into town. The hot tubs were great & the place itself is very updated and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. Would love to stay here again!

Title says it all, great for a close location to the lifts and grocery store for a group of young adults to spend a week in. No contact with property manager was required.

Close to town and bus stop!

This condo was perfect for our group! Walking distance to main street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The bus stop to the base is also very close and was so simple to use. Out the door and to the base of the Colorado chair lift in minutes. Highly recommend! Also host was very responsive to any of our needs!

Good Location

Place was nice and in a good location. At the base of peak 8, close to Main Street and Gondola ride. Home was cozy and showers at the end of the day were great (hot water and strong pressure). Only issue was bathtubs are very slippery so if this is a concern bring your own bath mat because host does not provide.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, but experience was really hindered by having to deal with a water leak making one of the beds unusable with a hole in ceiling. Hope it’s fixed for next renter because it wasn’t for us.

While we were able to get the leak stopped as soon as possible, knowing the drywall repair would have been an inconvenience we waited to repair this until your departure as discussed at the time. Great location, Comfortable Condo

We had a great stay last week. The management company communicated often and responded quickly via text - worked perfectly for us. The place is comfortable, spacious and in a super convenient location. The kitchen was expertly equipped. The wall of windows provided for gorgeous natural light and the perfect amount of sunshine to nap on the comfortable recliners. A couple awkward things: 1) I would add more/better lighting to the bedrooms and bathrooms (showers are fairly dark) and 2) there is a plexiglass barrier on the balcony. The management company was super responsive to come help take it down, but it feels like there is a missed opportunity to add some latches to the ceiling to simply swing the plexiglass up. Nitpicking, though. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Walking distance to the gondola, although pretty long in ski boots. Unit was as appeared in pictures. Only recommendations are to fix the LVP threshold in the hallway that is a trip hazard, and replace the coffee pot with a newer one that has auto shut-off. That one could burn the whole building down. Longer term the carpet and linens in the bedrooms need to be replaced. They were dirty and exacerbated our allergies.

3 star… here’s why

Positives- Tastefully decorated. Fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. Conveniently located. Clean, great water pressure., hot showers. Door was code accessible and parking pass was on hook inside condo by the door. Negatives.- master bed was so hard, I couldn’t Sleep on it. Luckily the hall bedroom had bunk beds and was more comfortable. Couldn’t find Air condition thermostat, don’t know if there was one. I only found heater controls. We slept with patio door open for cool air. It’s a older unit I could tell, because it has the old house stagnant smell from being shut up. The advertisement shows Mountain View’s from the living area windows (which is why I rented this) but I didn’t have any of that. All we could see was trees and the road below. I would rent elsewhere next time mainly because the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I would’ve preferred not to sleep in our kids room.

Excellent location for town and slopes!

The property is in a great central location for walking downtown or going to the slopes. Once we parked our vehicle in the covered garage the day we arrived, we never drove again for the rest of the week. You can catch the Gold route bus every morning just up from the corner where the property is located. It goes to peak 7 or peak 8. If you want to go to town, you are one block From the center of town, and Eric's, which is one of the best places to go. The property was clean, well kept, and we'll furnished. They could use a frying pan or sauce pan, but that's really nothing to worry much about. And they did have a box fan, which we really needed because our bio stairs neighbor was either really heavy or the floors are thin. We could hear them walking around all night. Turned the fan on and it drowned it out for the most part. The hot tubs were well kept and used often. The pool which was full of snow at the time, appears relatively small if that sort of thing matters. The only downside was having no washer or dryer in the room. We did have a laundry room right by our room, however, it was coin operated and no change machine anywhere. Seeing as how everything on the mountain is cash free, we had no change and no way to get any. That was super annoying. They should either make them free or put a change machine on property. Or at least warn you ahead of time about the issue.
