This tranquil, exclusive, spacious house is perfectly situated next to a river and has a deluxe 4 bedroom residence that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people offering a fabulous year-round proposition for discerning holidaymakers. It is a special kind of paradise.
You can be comfortable at the house, enjoy the scenery and walk along the river to relax.
Also, bring your fishing rod along and have an amazing BBQ in the expansive open space or play some ping pong with your family or friends.
Specifically, set up to accommodate up to 10 people, the home is easily accessible and caters for dual families. All bedrooms are light-filled and clean and there are sure to be plenty of opportunities for everyone to relax and unwind.
Settle in and have a warm cuppa and watch the birdlife soar above the trees; sit out on the veranda and walkers, joggers, cyclists and the occasional canoeist will pass you by, go down to the river's edge and schools of fish will catch your eye; maybe a duck or two will come looking for a feed, or just watch from the deck the graceful waters ripple in and out with the tide.
Walk down the road and cross the bridge and explore the many paths in Coogarah Park opposite, occasional an inquisitive kangaroo will hop down the road at dusk. The quiet solitude and natural beauty calm the nerves and restore vital energy.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1: 1 x king bed (this is two singles pushed together) (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds (sleep 2)
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds (sleep 2)
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): 1 x king bed, 1 x sofa bed (sleeps 4)
Please be informed that Bedroom 1 has 2 x single beds pushed together to make 1x king bed and they have a large foam underlay joining them together. Please bring king flat sheets for this bed so they fit the singles together easily.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and email us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.
