Family Fun!

My large family enjoyed our vacation at Footprints in the Sand. The beach access was very easy and quick to get to. My older grandchildren stayed in the guest house which worked out well. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was awesome for our family reunion. It had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beach. For families with little kids, they have an alarm that goes off on all the doors leading to the pool area, which was great for peace of mind. It did take some getting used to at first, but we got the hang of it. Highly recommend.

I have been visiting 30A for over 15 years using various property management companies. Diamond gulf rentals has been one of the best in every area! Not only are they always available for any questions related to the property, they are also absolutely prompt and professional if you need help. This house is perfect and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group of 16! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and it was clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and welcoming for their guests. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the kids loved having their own space in the bunk room. The house included a few extras, such as, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a wagon in the garage, which made our trips to the beach so much easier. The beach access was incredibly convenient, allowing us to go back and forth with ease. After a fun day in the sand, we loved coming back to relax by the pool. The kids spent hours playing basketball in the pool and making even more great memories together. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This home had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable, and stress free family vacation. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this home to anyone traveling with a large family or group!

This is an amazing and beautiful place. We spent a wonderful time with family and friends. Every thing was perfect. Footprints was spectacular as beautiful as the pictures in the advertisement. Great experience from the time we made the reservation until we departed! The size and layout were perfect for our extended family of 16 people. The location was handy for getting to the beach, a convenience store practically next door, and only a short walk to restaurants and stores.

Great House!

The house was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was a perfect start to the day. There was plenty of space for the whole family and the pool was great. As an added bonus, there was a store within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

Great House!

Great House! Stayed for a week with another family and our kids had a great time. Option to heat the pool was perfect for a cooler spring trip. Close to the beach, comfortable house/space, outdoor music and fire pit were great, and beach wagon/tools made it easy to go to the beach. Kitchen and grill made for great cooking.
