'The Crows Nest' is a stylish one bedroom apartment, only moments from the lifestyle, cafes and bars on offer in North Sydney. Just a few minutes stroll to all on offer in Crows Nest and just a short 7 minute drive to the CBD, our apartment is perfect for travellers!
The perfect blend of vintage aesthetic setup, our apartment is perfectly located just minutes from Crows Nest and North Sydney so you can stroll through beautiful St Leonardâs Park and take in the amazing views of Sydney Harbour.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No pets allowed
*No parties or events
* The home can accommodate up to 4 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us know upon booking if this option is required.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - Maximum Height 2 Meters, Maximum Width 2 Meters. The car spot can be accessed via Trafalgar Street.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment which is on the second level.
*There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
