We loved the simple and relaxing layout and the light in the living areas. It was well equipped and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen and super-soft towels.
Well appointed apartment and stocked with everything we needed. Mandy was very communicative and helpful. Apt balcony looks out at beautiful blue lake and snow capped mountains. We liked the location as we spent time in Otogo wine country and away from crowds of Queenstown (but just a short drive to town). Only downside, are several stairs. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mandy!
Our stay was nice. Property was clean, spacious and well presented. About 5 mins drive from city centre but pretty much close to everything you need. Loved the fact that it was in a quiet area.
Property description mentions a spa/whirpool which we didn't see. Also couldn't find an iron to use during our stay. Description also mentioned that check out was 11am but when we received our details via a message from the host, check out time was changed to 10am.
The property had lots of personal belongings in the house. Seemed like the owners are living there when the house is not booked (we could be wrong here). If this is the case then this should he disclosed in the description. For some (like us), it made us feel a little uncomfortable and felt like we were invading their privacy. Also, it was a bit annoying as we weren't sure as to what items we were and weren't allowed to use.
