À propos de cet hébergement

Le XIXe est spacieux, moderne, accueillant et exclusivement à vous pour la durée de votre séjour. Doté de deux grandes chambres, de deux salles de bains et d'un vaste espace salon et cuisine décloisonné, The Nineteenth a été équipé de tous les articles de luxe nécessaires pour en faire votre maison loin de chez vous.

Toutes les chambres s'ouvrent sur une vaste terrasse et offrent une vue orientée nord-est surplombant les vignobles, les terres agricoles et le parcours de golf de Marlborough environnants. Une cour abritée avec barbecue et coin salon extérieur est située à côté de la cuisine et du salon.

Les chambres sont situées à chaque extrémité du salon et contiennent chacune un lit king-size généreux.

Un portacot est disponible sur demande

Le dix-neuvième est situé au cœur de la première région viticole de la Nouvelle-Zélande avec de nombreux vignobles les plus célèbres de la Nouvelle-Zélande à sa porte. Il est également à quelques minutes de bons restaurants, de belles plages, de sentiers de randonnée, de terrains de golf, de boutiques et des Marlborough Sounds.

L'occupation maximale pour le dix-neuvième est de quatre personnes.

Wonderful winery view

Loved staying here. Very fun to take the mountain bike through the wineries. Such a beautiful view. Just perfect in every way. Would love to stay again!

We had two nights at the nineteenth while we were working in the Wairau. It was the perfect place for two work colleagues - stunning views, stylish, comfortable, own ends of the house. Next time I’ll book a golf trip! So accommodating of my misdoing days too … thank you Jane and Matt

It’s perfect… star filled sky, amazing wine and a gorgeous property!

The 19th is a real gem. Modern and brilliantly clean. Wide open feeling with panoramic views of wineries and mountains. Everything you could want or need is available in the kitchen to enjoy a night in and with these views why go any where but “home”. Thank you Jane and Matt for making this outstanding property available. Ps. Our visit was made even better when my favourite winery Dog Point graciously opened their cellar door for a tasting during harvest season!

Stunning wine country retreat

We loved our stay! The house is lovely, and perched on a hillside with great views of the vineyards and mountains. We made good use of the available mountain bikes and had a great day biking to wineries in the valley. Our only regret is not visiting in the summer and getting to take fully advantage of the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Oh the view

This home is stunning. Set on a working winery which we strolled thru (map is provided), the views off this home are amazing. Loved the heated tiles in the bathroom and deep lovely bath with a view. True to photos, dont hesitate to stay here, lots of good info provided, highly recommend, thank you for sharing your beautiful part of the world Jane and Matt.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay at the Nineteenth, which was very clean and comfortable and true to photo’s online. The best feature of this property is its location - a beautiful outlook of mountains, golf course and vines.

amazing as usual !!!

We stayed at the nineteenth for the second time. We absolutely love this house, it’s setting and view, it’s build quality and very stylish Scandinavian design. We love it all. It’s even more special to me because I grew up in the town of Blenheim, and we got married at wither hills winery, so the house is very well positioned for the locations we love to visit. Probably do need a car to access the house x unless relying on taxis or have bikes. Definitely recommend .

Perfect location for visiting local wineries. Good restaurants in Blenheim.

This house is stunning, its probably the best house weve ever rented with VRBO. Very modern with everything you need. Jane was very easy to work with, she touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. Magnificent views from every window of the house. Quiet, secluded. We loved it!

Beautiful home with stunning views

Lovely modern home, set on a hilltop overlooking the golf course, beautiful grassland and acres and acres of vineyards. Totally private and peaceful but only around 10 minutes drive from the centre of Blenheim, very close to Villa Maria Estate and within 15 minutes drive of most of the cellar doors. The property also offers 2 mountain bikes and golf clubs for guests' use. We would definitely stay here again if we visited the area. Communication from hosts was excellent and check in easy. Highly recommended.

Absolute Magic!

Absolutely Devine. Modern, clean, views to die for. We love running and mountain biking and it was so nice to just step out the front door and explore the vineyard and region on foot and bike! We will definitely be going back. Amazing views, peaceful, excellent equipped kitchen, comfortable beds an nice linen.

A slick, contemporary "small house", perfectly presented with every comfort and an elevated outlook.

Completely lived up to expectations, every comfort, stylish accommodation and excellent communication from the owners. We would have happily stayed longer. Only negative observation is the cancellation policy puts all the risk with the renter which in these COVID times seems unreasonable. (We didn't need to cancel).

Jane & Matt’s property is impeccable!! Exactly as pictured in the photos - quite possibly even better! Everything was easy to use, clearly organized and perfectly appointed! A dream accommodation!!

Words are hardly adequate to describe the 19th Vineyard. The home is so comfortable, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, stocked with everything you need and instructions for everything (so nice when you are coming from the US where things can be quite different). The bedrooms and bath were luxurious. Just a fantastic , gorgeous place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. And I haven't even talked about the view and the setting. Up on a hill surrounded by vineyards, adorable cows and stunning vistas 360*. Matt and Jane were the consummate hosts. They provided so much great travel and regional information, communicated back instantly and were just warm and lovely people. Our only regret was we had only two nights at The 19th Vineyard.

In 2017 we built The Nineteenth on our vineyard as we saw a demand for more vineyard accommodation in the region.

Built in 2017, this architecturally designed two bedroom guest accommodation has two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. An open plan kitchen and dining area seamlessly flow on to an expansive deck overlooking the Marlborough Golf Course and surrounding vineyards.

The Nineteenth is the perfect spot for couples, families, friends or executives, and provides all the necessities you need to make your stay in Marlborough a memorable one.
