Located in the Sandpiper Condominiums, a low-density three-story complex known for its unique V-shape building and shared common area walkways right on the beach. This setting creates a friendly "get to know your neighbor" atmosphere. Family Reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families alike all choose to vacation here! The tropical courtyard, seasonally heated outdoor pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting)), covered parking, BBQ grills, and an elevator give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. Sandpiper is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests! b a . (queen, queen, double, sleeper sofa) that sleeps 7.

Beautiful Beach Condo

One of the best places I have ever stayed at! You are literally a few steps from the pool and a few steps from the beach. Perfect for having small children. Cozy and cute condo with all the needed amenities! Would love to come stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: We prefer a small complex rather than a large high rise It makes the entire stay much more relaxing Sandpiper has only 3 levels with 16 units each There is a nice pool and BBQ area which is kept very clean Also a plus, it's very easy to navigate the beach access

Reviewer Comments: The vacation was fantastic, there were 22 family members in 5 units, 15 C is where my husband n I stayed with my brother n his wife,15C was very clean, the living room rug was awful, need new one, had no bowls with lids to put things in the fridge, need bigger towels for bigger people please, kitchen island is very big and round table very big, makes no room to get around. Loved our view. So far we have stayed in 4 units and because of the furniture it was the smallest.

The only downside was that we had to buy everything including salt ect for cooking & there was only 4 towels. With that being said it wouldn’t stop me from booking again & we already plan on it for next year

Staff at Bender Realty always prompt, helpful and kind. We will reserve for next year for sure. Direct beach views and access is the best. Highly recommended.
