A pristine, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up, while an outdoor BBQ is on hand for casual cook-ups on the patio. Dine indoors or out, with a six-seater table to share meals around or a second setting on the patio that offers leafy views of the backyard and adjoining Apex Park. After a day at the beach or exploring the sights, kick back with a movie in the light and airy living area, where two sofas offer a cosy space to unwind with your favourite TV series. Central air-conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, or you can slide open the glass doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor connection and a cooling sea breeze.

Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms sleep six guests, with the primary bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, the second offering a double bed and the third including two singles. The primary bedroom features an ensuite with a shower and modern vanity, while the equally immaculate main bathroom has a bathtub and shower as well as complimentary toiletries to refresh after a day at the beach.

Additional conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and parking for two cars as well as free street parking 24/7.

West Beach, a family-friendly beach that’s popular for swimming, kitesurfing and paddleboarding, is within a 10-minute walk from your stay along the scenic River Torrens Linear Park Trail. Head down for a seaside stroll, enjoy relaxed waterfront dining at Beach Break Cafe, or grab pizza at Hey Bianca for a picnic on the grass. You’ll also find an adventure park, mini golf course and skate park along the foreshore.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.

Please note a $100 charge applies for guests bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets be kept off all furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them. Please do not leave pets unattended inside.

The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
