The Space:

The Stables by Tiny Away offers a unique farm stay experience that stands out among holiday homes. Tucked away in the peaceful rural heart of Palmwoods in the Sunshine Coast Region, this charming retreat is the ideal base for a countryside escape, whether you're visiting the Ginger Factory, hiking Kondalilla National Park or enjoying family fun at Amaze World.



This 139-square-foot pet friendly, tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet (connected to a septic tank), a sink, and —making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, including the communal pool, farm, creeks (or dams), and forested areas.

The Stables by Tiny Away is located in the rural locality of Palmwoods in the Sunshine Coast Region. Here, our farm stay is surrounded by local restaurants, bustling markets, and exciting attractions, and with Palmwoods, Maleny, and Montville just minutes away, your list of activities will be endless!



Don’t miss our top local picks: ride and explore at The Ginger Factory, enjoy the retro charm and diverse menu at Ricks Garage and Diner, or browse the Maleny Sunday Market from 8 AM to 2 PM. For family fun, Amaze World delivers interactive mazes and AR experiences, while Kondalilla National Park is a must for nature lovers seeking a serene escape.



Getting Around:

By car:



- 3 mins to and from the nearest town, Evolo

- 20 mins to and from the nearest city, Moololaban



By public transport: Guests can ride a bus from Evolo Station, which is 2 kms to trains and bus network.



Other Things to Note:

- No smoking allowed on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- The tiny home now faces a newly built shed located nearby

- Farm tours and animal feeding is available at an $20 per person

- Please be aware of the dams, waterways, and farm animals on the property

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Firewood is available for $22 per bundle. Or, you can bring your own or gather wood from the paddocks

- Pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of $50 settled on-site, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Please note that after the recent flooding, there may be minimal ongoing landscaping and restoration work underway.
