Loved the location in Silverthorne. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds and couches are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is in the top 5!

The place was decent to stay at the information on TV and programming is in accurate. We were told that we would be able to sign into our own TV applications and we were not able to figure out how to do that. Maybe it needs to be a different style TV and also it is a little vague on where you put dirty towels and stuff when you’re doing your checkout. Also, it makes you feel a little unsafe, knowing that there’s two or three different lock boxes on the door when you are sleeping and staying at an unfamiliar location that did not make us very comfortable at all. And for the amount of money that you spend, and that is in the area, you would think you could install mini split air conditioners so that the place is kept at proper temperature.

All of the information regarding the TV, checkout procedures, and other property details is provided in the Guest Guide, and we would have been happy to help with any questions or anything that was unclear during your stay. We’re always just a message or phone call away. As for the lockboxes, we’re a little surprised to hear that they made you feel unsafe. Lockboxes are a standard and secure way for guests to access their accommodations, and having multiple boxes does not mean that anyone has access to the condo while it is occupied. Regarding air conditioning, this is common throughout the mountains. As we state in every listing, rental agreement and guest guide, most accommodations in our area do not have A/C, and installing mini-splits is not always an option due to winterization and building limitations. Mountain temperatures typically cool significantly at night, and our properties are equipped with fans to help circulate the mountain air. We appreciate the feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the mountains!

Holiday Weekend Ski Trip

I picked this property in large part due to location. Silverthorne turned out to be almost perfectly centrally located between A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper. Beyond that, the unit was as advertised, it was perfect for 5 adults and an adult-sized teen.Some listings are intentionally vague on parking so I’ll mention it here, the property has a two car garage and a driveway big enough for an additional car (plus some overflow).

The entry of the place smelled musty and was not swept. The carpet upstairs is stain and dirty and smelled. The towels were not clean (black hairs) The dishwasher was dirty and so was the so called cleaned dishes in the cupboards. We left the place cleaner then it was when we got there. We were very disappointed.

Ski Trip to Copper Mountain 2025

Property was just as advertised, and was immaculately clean with everything we needed. However, the Master Suite did not have a closet, so we would like to have a closet available to use, next time we stay here. Also, it was impossible to control the temperature of the upstairs bedrooms. Even when we turned the thermostats to OFF, it was like a sauna upstairs, and we had to sleep with the windows wide open. Please provide better instructions on how to control the temperature.
