Located on City Walk, Highgate is the newest development in the heart of the city, featuring this luxurious apartment with high-quality finishes and excellent on-site facilities.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom 1 has king-sized bed while bedroom 2 has double-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 55` Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. Guest must use their own login for smart related available apps.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Temporary Parking Entrance
Up Ramp Garage Door:
- Contractors have lowered and disabled the damaged roller door on the up ramp off Rabual Lane for security purposes. It is unable to be used until further notice.
- All residents need to use the entrance at Park Avenue.
The parking garage can accommodate 1 vehicle. If you need more parking, there are a few options available. You could try the paid street parking on Akuna, Bunda, and Allara Street. Alternatively, there are some parking garages located in the Canberra Centre that you could use.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay. Amenities are located on the 9th floor, the gym is available but the exterior glass has been damaged/broken.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
Highgate is the perfect place for modern inner-city living, with its prime location between Canberra Centre, Glebe Park, and the Canberra Casino. You`ll never run out of options for designer shopping, cafes, and restaurants.
Speaking of restaurants, I have some great recommendations for you. If you`re up for some fine dining, Water Edge Fine Dining is just a short 6-minute drive away from the apartment. Their private dining space in a dome is a must-try experience! The food is of high quality, refined, gastronomic style, and very tasty.
For those looking for a vegan option, The Fish Shack has an extensive menu with options for seafood, vegetarian, and vegan plant-based `seafood`. The seating is outdoors but covered, and it`s a great spot for a quick meal or takeaway.
Last but not least, if you`re in the mood for Japanese/Asian cuisine, Akiba is an excellent choice. They serve great food with awesome friendly service and a great atmosphere. Their drinks menu is also filled with fun cocktails.
Getting around Highgate is quite easy, as this apartment is located near the Canberra train station. There are several transportation options available, including hopping on a train, taking the bus, or using Uber. The choice is entirely up to you and what works best for your needs.
NOTE:
- The keys are collected from an offsite location.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
CLOTHES DRYERS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FROM STRATA
Residents are advised of the following important safety factors
related to the use of clothes dryers within individual units:
âą The bi-fold doors to the laundry MUST remain fully open
and adequate ventilation MUST be provided while the dryer
is in operation.
âą The dryer MUST only be used when an occupant is present
in the unit.
âą The lint filter MUST be cleaned of combustible lint before
each use.
âą Rubber, foam or plastic materials MUST NOT be placed in
the dryer.
âą Check and remove all objects from pockets before placing
in the dryer.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
