BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. Also, the TV has no access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
There is 1 parking space for this property. There are also heaps of paid parking (2H max) around the complex, approximately $3/hour. There are some 5 minutes and 2 hours of free street parking as well.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Situated in the heart of Canberra`s Inner South and close to the Parliamentary Triangle and the many restaurants, bars, and boutiques of Barton, Kingston, The Foreshore, and Manuka.
Conveniently located near Canberra`s CBD, Airport, and Government Precincts.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
STRATA NOTICE: (18 July 2025)
- Lift 2 is currently still out of order however Lift 1 is still working.
- Carpark gate is under Repair.
Building Door Policy:
- Please donât leave or prop open any doors to common areas, including foyer, unit, fire escape, or basement car park doors.
- Fire escape doors must stay shut.
- Avoid propping open the main foyer doors when moving itemsâthis can damage the swipe system.
- Always make sure doors close behind you.
STRATA NOTICE: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice)
Please be aware that there are some construction works taking place across the road at Landmark. Kindly expect some noise during this period.
Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
Please also review the key house rules below:
1. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets
- Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning
- The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only
- Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events
- Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
