Nous sommes situĂ©s dans un complexe exclusif Villa de plage sĂ©curisĂ© Ă  Rincon, Punt del Mar Beach Resort situĂ© sur 153 acres d'habitat manucurĂ© et naturel, c'est une villa de 2,850 pieds carrĂ©s, trois Ă©tages avec terrasse plein Ă©tage. Il est Ă©quipĂ© de la climatisation centrale, Internet haute vitesse, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, salle Ă  manger, salon et terrasse au premier Ă©tage. Balcons dans chaque chambre au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage avec accĂšs direct Ă  la plage, est situĂ© Ă  100 mĂštres de la rive de l'une des plus belles plages de Porto Rico. C'est un complexe rĂ©sidentiel en front de mer, avec deux miles de plage privĂ©e prĂšs du centre-ville de Rincon et du centre-ville d'Aguada. Nous fournissons des serviettes de qualitĂ©, des serviettes de plage, draps et oreillers. La villa compte avec 3 chambres, (1 lit king size en master, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et 1 roi dans la 3Ăšme chambre) 2 1/2 salles de bains, Internet haute vitesse, sĂšche-cheveux, planche Ă  repasser, barbecue Ă  gaz Weber, chaises de plage, parasol et salle Ă  manger. What a warm, spirited, comfortable place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach is beautiful, accessible and uncrowded. There is a lot of wave action, which makes it interesting for surfing, boogie boards, etc. The large 3rd-floor deck is a welcoming comfy oasis when the sun goes down. The whole villa is very-well equipped, with extensive furnishings and decoration. Located in a quiet, secure community, but a short drive of 15 minutes or less gets to nearby restaurants, shops and services. You can even walk down the beach to some. So glad we "discovered" this place -- will definitely consider it for future stays.
The entry to the villa -- very well landscaped and welcoming. It's located near the first parking lot after the entry way to the sports/rec center. The "A" block is the first one you come to as you enter the property.
One of the great beach views just a short walk away. We spent a lot of time on the beach!

Best place and host we have ever had!

This was the most amazing stay our family could imagine. Our host was incredibly responsive and just wanted to assure we were making amazing family memories. The house is filled with extras to make every day better The location is unbelievable. We were provided with ecellent recommendations for anything we wanted to do. The best. If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars I would!

The most joyful vacation!

This beautifully decorated villa is bright and colorful, full of fun and whimsy. Every room is warm and inviting and makes you want to kick back relax and enjoy yourself. Our host was incredibly responsive with all kinds of little questions. She stayed up late to make sure we arrived safely after a long drive. She offered tons of good advice about places to go and things to do. The house had absolutely everything we could wish for from plenty of towels, kitchen supplies for our family meals, and beach toys. Air conditioning works great and we all slept comfortably. The location is remote enough to be peaceful but us only 10 min from town, shopping, restaurants. We loved the private beach and pool.

For a multitude of reasons we haven’t been to Rincon in years. It was so wonderful to return!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was stocked with everything you could possibly want. We had a few minor questions that Jennifer responded to immediately.A wonderful break from our Michigan winter.

Great house great location

The owner was in direct communication with us. House has lots of nice artwork right near the beach. Everything was clean new. We definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

Adventures in Rincon

We had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful and fun. The property is magnificent. We had so much fun exploring the area around Rincon. Jennifer was an amazing host. The perfect villa!

The villa was amazing! Steps from the beach, stocked with everything we needed, and full of such unique artwork. The property is quiet and safe, and a short drive to downtown Rincon. We loved the roof deck and hot tub - beautiful star gazing on clear nights. Would highly recommend.

Great location, fun decoration, super comfortable

Great stay. Location is quiet. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Suggest the owners keep an instruction booklet for check-out, but it didn’t matter because they were super responsive to all our questions at any time. Would definitely recommend.

Chilling by the shore

We had a great time here and hung out at the beautiful private beach every day. The condo is clean, spacious, and the owner has everything there that you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was great. A perfect getaway!

Great Property

Great property with three bedroom and a very suitable for a family of five or more if needed. The property has tennis, pool and a great beach. We spent most of time going into RincĂłn which is only about ten minutes away. Very convenient and safe place to stay. Great responsive host who had some great ideas about what to do in the area. Hot tub and movie selection was a plus!

Beach getaway with extras

Jennifer’s villa is well equipped for every adventure. We used the beach chairs every day, plus the boogie boards at Sandy Beach and the snorkel gear at Steps Beach. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck day and night as well as hanging out in the hot tub. Our host, Jennifer, was attentive quickly responding to every question. Jennifer also provided beach towels as well plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy. Punta Del Mar is a quiet development with a shared pool area with lounge chairs. Easy walk to beach. Saw some great sunsets. It is not a swimming beach. People surfed in the morning. We walked 15-20 minutes to swim at Sandy Beach. Easy drive to restaurants and other beaches. Loved host’s suggestions, especially Cabo Rojo and Playa Sucia.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This villa was the perfect place for a beach vacation. Just outside the door and a short path to the beach. The home had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the hostess was wonderful, very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation in February

Place was very clean, loaded with a lot of things for the beach (chairs, coolers, umbrella, corn hole, snorkeling items, etc.). Property manager was readily available for our needs. Place was loaded with items prior to our arrival (drinks, coffee, etc.) which was nice after traveling 10 hours on the road. Items consumed need to be replaced which is based on honor system. One minute walk to the beach was nice each morning. Community pool was clean and spacious. Hot tub was a great after a day on the beach. Better instructions needed on how to use the tv's throughout the place. As a family of 6, we really enjoyed ourselves. Would I rent this place gain - Absolutely without a doubt.

Awesome stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Years. There were 7 of us (four teenagers, husband and I, and grandma). There was plenty of space and it did not feel cramped. During the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop (with some work, we were able to stream some football playoff games on the TV). Watching all the New Year's fireworks from nearby towns on the rooftop was a highlight of the trip. Grandma loved hanging out by the pool, while the rest of us went on a few beach adventures (Cabo Rojo was awesome, but be prepared to walk a mile if you don't have a 4 x 4 rental vehicle). Thanks to Jennifer's recommendations, we had so many wonderful meals at nearby restaurants. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, look no further. The condo was one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in. The decor was super fun and we had more than enough room for all 7 of us. Jennifer was very attentive throughout our stay and quick to respond to any questions or concerns (we had a few minor issues come up and Jennifer did everything she could to resolve as quickly as possible). This was by far one of our better VRBO rentals and I would highly recommend. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and touristy locations, this is a great option. Everyone from our teens to 80 year old grandma all loved staying here!

Amazing Well-Stocked Beach Community rental

My family and I spent three nights here. We found the unit the most well-stocked out of any vacation rental we've done (cooking supplies, beverages, beach gear, etc...), and it was very spacious and well decorated. Great place to relax, and Jennifer was an amazing host and great with communications. We also enjoyed the restaurants in Rincon.

This property was Amazing. and definitely more beautiful than I expected. it was exactly as the listing said. Jennifer was one of the best. host I have ever dealt with and ii do this quite frequently for work trips. she was very timely in her communication very helpful, provided all information needed in a timely manner and also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area the true definition of a Premier host .. Thank you, Jennifer, for your kindness hospitality I will definitely be returning, if you're looking at this Villa and it's available just go ahead as book it you won't be disappointed.

Family vacation

Over all the condo was very nice. We had a problem with the showers because of the instant hot water heater and the water was either very hot or very cold no in between. The ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom with the twin beds and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with the king bed only worked on slow. Other than that the condo was really nice and our family had a great time. Jennifer the owner was outstanding and helpful in anyway she could be when we called her or texted her.

An island on an island.

A well conditioned and appointed condo in an immaculately maintained setting. A beautiful beach to walk on, or swim at. Minutes away from Rincon Center. Many fun, local eateries nearby. We swam, snorkeled on the reef, chartered, a fishing boat, explored a couple other towns, went to the Saturday art festival. And whenever we got worn out or overheated, we fell back to the condo. Where are the air conditioning quickly re-energized us. Our host, Jennifer, always had good advice for things to do.
