Villa Ocean Mist est pas de Sandy Beach. Son emplacement centralisé rend la distance de marche Villa à Tamboo Bar & Restaurant, Big Kahuna Burger Bar, Piscines Bar and Sushi, et le restaurant Island House. Les équipements Villa comprennent un Spa piscine creusée, deuxième niveau 13 x 25 salle à manger Terrasse, deux cuisines, bar sur le toit et terrasse sur le toit avec Oceanviews. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation dans toute la villa entière. La villa dispose également d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds de 10 pieds. Surface est de 2200 pieds carrés (4400 pieds carrés compris les terrasses).

Pour votre tranquillité d'esprit, la Villa Ocean Mist est équipée d'un générateur de secours automatique de 22KW pour toute la maison.

We had a great time we had relaxing in the Villa Ocean Mist. We will definitely be back!!

If you're looking for a nice place to relax away from San Juan this is a nice spot right across from Sandy Beach.

Family vacation with adult children

Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants, this home provides everything you need. We had dinner and happy hours at the house- 3 dining rooms to choose from and an outdoor third story bar with a gorgeous view. The family voted to come back within two years. A memorable time!!!!

Great location

The home was perfect for our family of 5. We felt safe, comfortable, spacious and loved that we had both a pool and easy walking access to Sandy beach. Host was great with communication. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic stay

This was our second time staying at Ocean Mist and hopefully not our last. The property is clean and well kept, owners are very responsive to any questions, and the town is a great place to spend a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

Villa Ocean Mist Stay

We absolutely loved our stay in your villa. It was very relaxing vacation since we were so close to the beach , restaurants and town. We were there for a wedding and were only 10 minutes away. We loved our breakfast at the English Rose B&B, and the last day we had breakfast at The Hornet Dorset - beautiful view.

Loved the villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rincon. The villa was big and beautiful! The owners thought of everything- The location was great for surfing and sea glassing! Breakfast at the English Rose and snorkeling at Steps Beach are a must. We will be back-

Fantastic property in beautiful location!

This is an amazing 3 story villa in a beautiful part of PR. Just steps away from the beach bars and restaurants, the house is secluded enough on its own side street to avoid any late night noise. With its own pool, and two kitchen areas, it is easy to bring the whole family and have enough space to spread out. The rooftop bar makes it a place you'll want to have cocktails every evening.

Excellent Property!

We loved our 12 nights at Villa Ocean Mist! The house was immaculate when we arrived and it was supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The location was convenient and very quiet. We loved the view of the waves and the privacy of our own pool. We can’t say enough about how responsive the hosts and property managers were to our inquiries. A perfect vacation!

Wonderful House

This is an awesome house, very close to the beach. We had a lot of fun hanging by the pool as well as the rooftop bar. The kitchens are well equipped and made cooking easy. We were 3 adult couples and we had plenty of space. The house also had a great selection of beach chairs and coolers. Great vacation spot. Thank you!

Amazing Villa

We had the best time, our first time to Puerto Rico. We spent the first few days seeing other parts of the Island. We soon realized we loved being around the Villa, which was everything and more then it was shown to be. When we go back it will be the only place we will stay.

We wanted R&R. We got it!

Ocean Villa Mist was the perfect place for our group of six adults to get some pure R&R after a professional convention in San Juan. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The pool and patio were like our own private resort. We loved strolling down to the beach, a block away, had having a bit at the Big Kahuna Burger. If I come back to Puerto Rico, I will definitely come back to Ocean Villa Mist.

Fourth time at the Villa and return already booked

This is our fourth stay at the Villa and we are returning next year. This is perfect for four adults and two children. Absolutely perfect location about 100 yards from Sandy Beach. Everything is provided (beach gear, boogie boards, kitchen utensils and even an orange juicer). Karl is great to work with. Book it, you will not regret it.

Fantastic house

We loved the house. It is at a perfect spot. Even though some areas of the house need to be cleaner, mostley on the third floor, The rest is fanstastic. The owner is a realy nice person. Always available. Definetly, we will rent it again. Great house for vacations.

One Week of Relaxation....

Our week stay at this villa was better than we could have imagined. The villa was perfect for us and fulfilled all of our needs. The bedrooms are large and all have tv's which was great for the kids. The home is located in a perfect location and restaurants and bars are walking distance. The washer and dryer are a major plus when the need arises for cleaning sheets, towels, etc. Thank you to everyone for making our vacation a memorable one!

We had stayed here before. We tried another property and were disappointed. Very happy to return here. Great improvements have been made. The new checkin is super easy. This is the perfect spot for us. We shall return.

Amazing stay in Rincon!

This property is amazing! We had 6 adults and it was the perfect size and layout for our group. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the two kitchens were very nice. It was the perfect size and location for our group. We could take a quick walk to the beach or just relax around the pool and grill. I would definitely love to stay here when we come back to Rincon! The only minor flaw is that the house did not seem to be very well stocked for 6 adults - we had to buy toilet paper and trash bags. We had a great vacation!
