Lounge at the breakfast bar with the kids, or move them into the theatre room for some "Peppa Pig' timeout. The holidaying is so easy at Marlin.

The sleeping has been covered too. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 2 & 3 have 2 king singles and a trundle bed while Bedroom 4 has a king sized bed. Large family bathroom complete with bath and 2 seperate toilets and a laundry with front loader washing machine round out the features down stairs.

Travel upstairs to the Master retreat, complete with King sized bed, Television, Ensuite and large balcony with outdoor setting. Perfect for hiding away from the kids and enjoying the views.

Outside has all the features covered too! Fully fenced with a large outdoor setting for ten. Your own private pool overlooking the canals and just a stroll down the steps to your private jetty ( boats up to a maximum of 8 meters ). There's an outdoor hot and cold shower perfect for washing away the beach sand and even a single person canoe for paddling the canals (at your own risk). All topped off with plenty of parking for three cars and two boats/trailers. Don't forget to put the day's catch into the  conveniently located chest freezer in the garage.

Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 5 nights.
Linen and bath towels are provided, some pool towels have been provided also. Please don't take these to the beach.
Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.
Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.
