Cette belle maison de marina a été aménagée avec de beaux meubles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Avec de grands espaces de vie ouverts donnant sur les canaux, une grande cuisine et 3 espaces de vie extérieurs, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Cette maison entièrement climatisée est un lieu idéal pour vos prochaines vacances en famille ou en groupe à Exmouth, venez profiter des attractions locales dans un luxe indulgent.

La maison a été conçue pour que le grand espace de vie décloisonné vous offre la meilleure vue sur les canaux. Le salon décloisonné s'ouvre sur la grande terrasse, ce qui vous donne l'impression d'être assis sur l'eau.

La grande cuisine ouverte dispose d'appareils modernes en acier inoxydable, d'une grande cuisinière et four, d'une machine à café Nespresso (alors n'oubliez pas vos dosettes de café!)

Toutes les chambres ont des draps de qualité et ont été aménagées avec goût avec de belles œuvres d'art sur le thème de l'océan.

La salle de théâtre a deux canapés-lits qui se transforment en lits doubles si nécessaire. Cela sert également de salle de jeux pour les enfants.

Great stay

Great time in a lovely house. Thank you. Just for the heads up, there are a couple of things that need attention in the house. The front door lock mechanism needs attention as the screws are loose. Also the head of the shower in the bathroom is full of corrosion and needs replacing.

Great House, Fantastic Location

We had a great stay. House was clean and functional. Location is amazing with access to the marina canals. House is well kitted out with lots of cooking utensils and appliances. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Lovely property. we had a beautiful stay. The view is amazing. House had everything a family would need including toys and books for the kids. unfortunately, the barbecue was bit dirty and no gass but with a full kitchen it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again

Great location. Property inclusions need to be updated.

House was awesome, location amazin. If I wanted to be picky the following is what I picked on but otherwise was a great stay. -we did state there was 9 of us but only 8 towels were provided. -States coffee machine but unusable as was filthy and had to descale but didn’t help. -Also says ice maker but these are only trays in the freezer. May of had one before but not now. - bbq rusty so we didn’t use- outdoor table was filthy - messaged and tried calling host to find out about keys and not one response. Only by chance we found what we needed. On a positive there was plenty of appliances to use for bigger family included large electric fry pan and airfryer.

Absolutely no communication at all.

Positives first. Fantastic location and lovely house with facilities as advertised. Negatives:No communication from owner. We received no check in info and was lucky enough to find a lock box once we started to walk around the house and lucky to manage to open it to find keys inside. We then found the front door lock falling off the door and had great difficulty using the lock until we fixed it ourselves. Inside were found a clean house but found dirty dishes stashed in the cupboard left by previous visitors. The kettle and coffee machines are unusable. We booked for 10 but we’re only supplied with towels for 8 guests. The washing machine pipe was completely cracked through causing a flood each time we used it. Water spraying over the floor flooding the toilet, laundry and passage. The back door and sliding doors did not lock and that had to be adjusted to lock. The bed in the main bedroom was purely strutted but 4x cut off planks that fell down with even the slightest of movement on the bed. This meant the bed was horrible. We had to get in under the bed through the night to replace the struts but after 2 nights of doing this we decided to sleep with the mattress on the floor. All of this was reported to the owner but after more than 2 weeks we are yet to get a reply from them. In conclusion, lovely property in a great location but it is not getting looked after. At the price it costs per night it is not worth the hassle. The owner/manager clearly does not care!

Wonderful time

We had an amazing time staying here. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to ride around on, close to all amenities, well set up house. Most enjoyable and we will definitely be back! Perfect to be South facing as you don’t get the afternoon hot sun in the entertaining area! Highly recommend

Great holiday shared with old friends

The property is located at the end of the canal and is quiet and very relaxing, Tte house is spacious with good sized bedrooms and an awesome large deck, so lots of room for all. The only downside not enough plates, cutlery and the pots and pans were damaged, so communication with the owner did take a while. The lights in the fans were not working and some problems with plumbing which was fixed. Hopefully the owner can be on top of these small issues

Lovely spacious and mostly well equipped house. In great position next to the canal. Clean and well presented. Good value. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. A few minor maintenance things were noted with the property.

It is a great house. Very suited to our large family (2 parents, 4 adult children and 2 x 6 yr olds). Fabulous view. Very relaxing 😎 Easy access. No problems at all.

Lovely House in a great location

This house is great to stay in. The beds are comfortable and the location is great and also quiet. Just a couple of little things that need fixing, The fridge/freezer in the kitchen, the freezer doesn't freeze too well. The blinds need fixing in the family room and the clothes-line needs to be fixed too. Other than that, it's a great house to stay in. I would stay there again.

Great location

The most outstanding feature of the house was its location, however there were a number features that were below par. As mentioned in other reviews the BBQ gas bottle was empty, the cleanliness was not great, inadequate cutlery & crockery for a house that purports to sleep 10, lots of kitchen appliances but small pots & old frying pans, large tins of paint in the 2nd master bedroom. I could list more inadequacies but you get the picture.

Kestrel House

The house was in a great location and plenty of space. Well equipped for a family. Had a few issues with the freezer not working, fridge not staying very cool, broken coffee machine that did not work and gas cylinder empty. None of it was fixed during the stay despite telling the property owner on day 1. Property needs some general maintenance and clean up and perhaps some new bedding as sheets stained and thin. It could be a very good property if properly maintained and cleaned.

Lovely location but needs a little attention

We had a wonderful stay in the property, location wise it is great and not too far out of town. There are a few issues with the property however - the kitchen poorly stocked, not enough cutlery, wine glasses, pots etc. The hot water pressure was really awful and needs attention, as does the clothesline. Suggest owners spend some time and money on a little revamp/refresh in general as house could be a stand out. We loved our stay but at the price paid, there are some things you expect to have - like a good warm shower. 3.5 stars from us.

Good, but definitely room for improvement.

House is in a great location. We only had 4 adults, but it could easily sleep 2 families or up to 10 people. However, the house is quite run down. Could really do with some money being spent on it. And as we had read in many other reviews, the bloody gas bottle was empty. When you pay good money to stay somewhere, you shouldn't have to spend more money to cook! And good luck getting any communication with the host. Overall, the house was good and i would recommend it. But the owner needs to fix the minor issues to start getting 5 star reviews.

Great location, however…..

Location was spot on. Canal life is nice and peaceful. Communication with owner was poor. Only once did they answer our messages and that was when we let them know we had to actually replace a gas bottle that was completely empty upon arrival. The house itself was spacious and well laid out. However it was unfinished. Bedroom cupboards full of grout tubs and other maintenance equipment. Outside had spare parts, wheel barrow and shovels not put away. The kitchen was great but there were no bin bags. And for whatever reason the smoke alarms were not connected up. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however the place could’ve been presented little a bit better. Thanks.

Lovely house which needs TLC and owner is uncontactable.

Cockroaches, cockroaches and more cockroaches. We killed over 300 baby roaches, mostly around the dishwasher and fridge. Infestation would be the correct terminology. We had to buy baits to place in the kitchen area. Other issues were that the fat drain on the barbeque was overflowing so we had to clean that out. In the ensuite to bathroom, the plug is broken in the sink so water drains out very slowly. Many of the towel racks and toilet roll holders need to be tightened. Missing pieces from light in 3rd bedroom and main bedroom light was broken. Leak in the laundry as well. The house also needs more plates, cutlery and glasses. Overall the house is well designed however the person who is running the property is not meeting the expectations for the cost of the property. If you are going to charge money for accommodation the very least you could do would be to answer any questions the prospective tenant has. Overall if the owner lifted their game this would be a great place to stay.

Exmouth holiday

Location and overall property was good. Unfortunately fixtures and fittings were flimsy and bathrooms and toilets had not been cleaned properly. Also went to have a bbq but the gas bottle was completely empty. Which was confusing as there was a brand new bbq in the driveway.

Beautiful location

Lovely house in the perfect location - water views but very close to shops etc. The house is spacious and beautifully finished off, with different breakout areas for different family needs. We really enjoyed our stay!
