This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house features vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen areas, creating an open and airy atmosphere with breathtaking views of the protected wetlands and local birdlife, including the majestic Great Egret. Stay cool during warm summer nights with window units in the bedrooms and fans in every room, or enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes. In winter, a gas-powered wall heater and baseboard heat ensure the space remains warm and inviting.

Designed with flexibility in mind, this retreat provides a serene work-from-home setup complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and ample desk space. The fully stocked kitchen offers convenience with a variety of pots, dishes, and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze.

- No parties or unregistered guests without permission.
- No smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
