Bel espace de vie à aire ouverte avec cuisine entièrement neuve et moderne, 3 chambres, 1. 5 salles de bain, véranda, cour entièrement clôturée et stationnement hors rue, et bien plus encore. Situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la baie du Delaware dans ce quartier familial calme. Les plages et le quartier commerçant de Cape May sont à seulement 10 minutes en voiture et les plages et la promenade de Wildwood sont à environ 15 minutes. Montez à vélo au ferry de Cape May et regardez les ferries décoller ou voyez le dauphin local sauter hors de l'eau. Profitez des restaurants locaux ou restez à la maison et cuisinez sur le nouveau barbecue à gaz, asseyez-vous dans la cour ou restez et profitez de la télévision à écran plat!

La maison a une chambre principale avec un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat. 2ème chambre a un lit queen et une 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Les draps seront fournis et il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin! Vaisselle, casseroles, verres, argenterie, ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur, ouvre-boîte, etc. Superbes comptoirs en quartz et appareils en acier inoxydable.

Chaque once de cette maison vient d'être entièrement rénovée et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles, de la climatisation centrale et du chauffage au gaz. La cour est entièrement clôturée et il y a une entrée pleine grandeur. Bientôt une douche extérieure installée. Le patio a une belle table, des chaises et un parasol. L'avant a un porche grillagé qui sera entièrement meublé comme un joli coin salon.

Cet endroit peut être apprécié toute l'année! Que vous profitiez de la plage et du temps estival ou que vous préfériez hors saison - il y a toujours quelque chose à faire, même si c'est juste une promenade relaxante sur la baie. La région de Cape May regorge d'établissements vinicoles, de shopping, de visites touristiques et de certains des meilleurs restaurants du New Jersey!

Quatre balises de plage seront fournies pour les plages de Cape May. (Les enfants de moins de 13 ans n'ont pas besoin d'étiquettes de plage). La plage de la baie est gratuite.

Teenagers and the dog love this property!

Amazing location a block from the bay. Quiet area, all families in surrounding homes. Beautiful home with lovely details such as board games and beach themed decor and beach tags. Would highly recommend!

A great place!

We loved our stay in Villas and Christine's house was perfect. A really nice location only a short walk to the bayside beach:). Our host had great communication and check in/check out was smooth. Beds were very comfy and house has all the amenities. Fenced in yard was really nice for the doggies and also to just hang out and lounge. Beach passes to Cape May was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend

We came down to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had a blast. House was clean and comfortable - very peaceful neighborhood. We had our dogs with us - they loved the fenced in yard. And it was close to the beach and great restaurants. We will definitely come back again.

Great place to unwind

The very nice house is an easy stroll to the beach , has a nice backyard for grilling and dinner along with an open floor plan for movies & games. Great for families looking to limit driving and traffic and enjoy sun and sand.

Great weekend getaway!

This was our 3rd time staying at Christine’s property and it was great, as usual! We will be back in August for our 4th time! Great neighborhood, beautiful walks on the bay, spacious yard, cozy seaside cottage. What else could you want?! Counting down the days until August!

Wonderful stay at pretty ranch house

The property suited us perfectly. We especially loved the fully-fenced, large back yard for our beagle. We also enjoyed the screened front porch. Best of all was watching gorgeous sunsets after walking a short distance down to the beach . Will definitely be going back to the Village Road property. Wonderful location, quiet at night- we loved our vacation in Cape May.

Bathroom needs exhaust fan and tub floor is slippery , and would be an immense improvement with a large walk-in stall shower for safety. Other than that very comfortable amenities. Nice rental property !

Cozy, clean and close to the bay

Perfect for our family of 5. Including my husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, restaurants nearby, minutes to Cape May, and a 2 min walk to the bay beach where our dogs took walks with us, we relaxed on the beach and watched the beautiful sunsets. It was a great getaway. So so clean ! We felt so comfortable

A week's perfect bay getaway

This was the perfect little house and backyard for our family and dog. It was conveniently a block from the bay to walk down with the kids and dog to see the sunset or walk along the beach. Not overally too far from Wildwood and Cape May. The house had provided linens and towels along with beach chairs and umbrella which was a wonderful addition. All that stuff takes up room in the car so the fact we didn't have to bring it was a major plus. House has been very nicely updated and was a very comfortable stay. Any issues or questions we had the owner was very prompt in responding or answering my phone call. We will definitely want to stay again in the future!

Perfect

This is our 4th stay in Cape May. We've stayed in other houses but this one felt like home. Absolutely as advertised We had missed taking out the the trash and let the owner know. By the next day, Mr. Knight was there to take care of it. Very nice gentleman, too. We have a reacue who really doesnt like confined space and this home had a nice amount of room for him inside. He loved the fenced in yard and the screened in porch! The neighborhood is very nice and family friendly. We look forward to booking again next year.

Cute and Convenient!

This was a wonderful home for a long weekend. We enjoyed the one block walk to the beach and enjoyed stunning sunsets as well as the opportunity to dip our feet in the bay. The house has a fenced yard with an outdoor furniture set on the patio which was great for outdoor dining on those crisp fall days. We enjoyed an easy drive into Cape May and to the nearby Beach Plum farm for an afternoon lunch in their gardens and found it so convenient and cute we went the following morning to enjoy a delicious breakfast sandwich and hot cider. The house itself offered all the kitchen accoutrement one needs along with a lovely breakfast bar, kitchen table and adjoins the living room with the sectional and front screened patio. It was nice to have the two bathrooms and laundry at the property. It was just two of us so the space was perfect for us but could easily accommodate additional people with the three bedrooms it offers. Overall it was a lovely stay for a long fall weekend.

Great location!

The property was clean upon arrival. We stayed in the Villas area the past 4 years and this was our favorite house so far. The outside shower with warm water was a game changer with young kiddos so easy to clean off. The bay was a short walk away and pleasantly empty. The horseshoe crabs are usually very populated when we go, but there were not many at all this time and we were able to easily avoid them. We enjoyed walking our dog on the bay beach in the mornings and evenings (before 11 and after 4). The neighborhood was quiet besides some kids playing. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and young kids. The screened in patio was a nice addition too for a place to relax that was bug free. The beds are on the softer side which we prefer. My only complaint would be the water pressure of the shower, for someone with sensitive skin like myself it was actually too high. Besides enjoying the home and bay we headed to Cape May beach, Washington square, Storybook Land, and the Cape May zoo. Having the beach tags, chairs, and towels provided was great. The owner recommend the pizza from the Red Brick. We got 2 of the speciality pizzas and they were delicious. She also recommend a Mexican restaurant and their food was delicious is as well. We also ate at the beach shack in Cape May another night. It had mediocre food but the vibe was wonderful with live music, outside seating in the sand which kept the kids occupied and yummy cocktails. Highly recommend this property!

Return to Cape May

Property was nice, but attention to detail was not what we’ve come to expect from a VRBO house. The kitchen was nice, as it had been updated a few years earlier. We brought our own cocktail and wine glasses, as well as kitchen and bath towels, which was fortuitous as there were few kitchen linens & no cocktail or wine glasses there. The the dryer did not work properly, the keypad was difficult to use which made it hard to get into the house. The owner was kind enough to let us know about these issues a day before we checked in. Great fenced back yard that our pups enjoyed running around and playing in. The bay beach wasn’t as close as indicated in the listing- it is actually a quarter mile from the house which was a bit far to walk and push a baby stroller, with no where to park a car. The cable went out on the second day and never did come back on, but the owner did credit us back for this. We appreciated her sense of urgency in trying to correct this. The hot water tank was not adequate for 4-6 people as we ran out of hot water for bathing almost every day. Her cleaning service did an adequate job as the house was clean and dusted, but the floors were not mopped clean when we arrived, but we cleaned them upon arrival and swept and mopped before we left. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beds we used were great.

Lovely location/numerous problems

While the location is lovely I encountered numerous problems with my stay and will not be returning. The bathroom with the shower has a rusted outdated caddy in the shower. The bathroom also did not have a fan in it- just a very small window which left for a very steamy room after taking a shower. Hand soap was not refilled in the kitchen. I had to provide my own. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable therefore my husband and I both did not sleep through the night during our stay. The grill provided does not light up properly without the help of a lighter. The lawn was not taken care of till the end of our trip therefore the backyard was not a pleasant experience and my family ended up with mosquito bites if we sat out there. Landscaper showed up unannounced while I was in my pajamas. The toilet in the hallway closest to the bedroom constantly clogged up during our stay. We paid for cleaning services and we cleaned the house throughout our visit and before departure however on our way home we get a message from the owner that she will be charging us $100 as we the guests did not clean and fold the bedsheets prior to leaving. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing! I’m not sure if the owner thought we would not be sleeping the last night to be packed & out by 11am. I graciously tried to reason with the owner but she would not budge and believes this is a fair practice. Never again! Very disappointing experience.

Quiet bayside cottage

This was our 4th time staying and it is always a great time. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable! A short walk to the bay and a short drive to Cape May and The Wildwoods.

I just love the Cape May area and particularly this area by the Bay. I am a Finance professional that spends as much of my free time as possible with my friends and family in my own beach house in the same nearby area.

My family has been vacationing in the Cape May area for over 20 years. We have owned our own house in this area since 2002. I purchased this house and one other in the same area to provide people and their families and pets a comfortable and affordable vacation so they can enjoy the unique and enchanting Cape May area! This location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet is still a close enough drive to be on the Cape May beach, shopping at the Washington Street Mall, dining at an amazing restaurant or enjoying the sights and excitement of the Wildwood Boardwalk within minutes.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just a short stroll to the Delaware Bay. We love walking on the bay with our children and dog. I have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets from this beach. It's also a great spot to just sit and relax and enjoy nature. And I just love the large fenced in yard at this house! There are so many options for things to do and the house is has all the comforts of home!
