Summary:
Stylish and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with stunning Manly Harbour views. Close to the Wharf and only a few minute stroll to the ocean, shops and restaurants. A large wraparound balcony ensures you make the most of Sydney sunsets.
The Space:
The Apartment
- Large living space with kitchen, dining and lounge combined.
- Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, incorporating gas lift under-bed storage. One bedroom has fitted wardrobes, the other a large chest of drawers. Both feature plantation shutters with the master opening on to the balcony.
- Large bathroom with bath and shower.
- Laundry area with combined washer and dryer.
- Technology includes 3 smart TVs in lounge and both bedrooms, Sonos sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and Smeg appliances.
The Balcony
A large wraparound balcony featuring an outdoor dining setting, 2 large armchairs, a sun lounger and stunning views directly across Manly Harbour.
The Garage
A one car garage is located in the parking garage directly below the apartment.
The Building
A lift is located on the ground floor of the building (not from the garage). There are also ramps from the street and a 15 minute visitor loading bay. Guests can use stairs to this first floor apartment. The building has a strictly no party policy.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The apartment is directly opposite Manly Harbour which may get high winds at times. Balcony furniture and belongings must be secured. Washing should not be dried on balcony (a drier is available).
Noise must be kept to a minimum from balconies and when entering and exiting apartment. Guests should be clothed in communal areas.
The apartment is not set up for children or pets. These may be considered under special circumstances.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Manly is a vibrant and beautiful beachside suburb with both harbour and ocean beaches and views. There are many walks and historic sights to discover. Manly has over 100 cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy. It is only a short ferry crossing to Sydneyâs city centre.
Manly has a pedestrianised shopping area, The Corso, and often hosts events such as Food & Wine or Jazz festivals.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located approx 100m from the Manly Wharf where ferries regularly cross the harbour to the city, a 20-30 minute journey.
Public buses leave from the centre of Manly, approx 400m away, for the city or Warringah shopping mall. A taxi stand is located nearby.
A private parking garage is located below the apartment (very large vehicles cannot be accommodated).
Garage dimensions : Height - 1.82m , Width - 2.62m, Length - 4.60m
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
*Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
