Quiet Family Retreat near Peninsula Hot Springs

Our relaxing quiet house is ideally located being a short 3 min drive to both the Peninsula Hot Springs and the back beach and a 5 min drive St Andrews Beach Brewery. Suitable for a family who are looking for a relaxing /quiet getaway on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our home is a 5 min walk to the local shops. Within easy access to wineries, golf courses, Arthur’s Seat and all that Sorrento/Portsea have to offer. Situated on a quiet Rye Back Beach Street, You’ll have access to the entire house. The open plan living and large modern kitchen is flooded with abundant natural light and perfect for entertaining. It has direct access to the spacious deck which is perfect to relax on with a glass of wine or a cuppa.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 a double bed and bedroom 3 has a set of bunks (double at bottom and single on top) and a single bed.

The Location:
5 min walk to local shops including cafe, bottle shop, milk bar and pizza/fish n chip. 2 min drive to Rye Back Beach and The Dunes Golf course. 3 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs which has been named as Victoria’s most popular tourist spot. 5 minutes to St Andrews Beach Brewery/ The Cups Estate and Gunnamatta Trail Rides. Numerous championship golf courses are on our doorstep. Great access to all that Main Ridge/Red Hill/Sorrento/Portsea have to offer.

We are a short 5 min drive to Rye Bay Beach and the main shopping area.
