AIRPORT ACCESS:
The property at 162-170 Parramatta Road, HOMEBUSH, is conveniently located approximately 17 kilometers from Sydney Airport, which translates to a mere 23-minute drive.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit during your stay, making it feel like your own home. The keys will be conveniently left in a padlock/mailbox. Check-in guide will be sent to you in the morning of your arrival for your convenience.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Early Check-In: If you wish to check in early, we will inform you on the morning of your check-in date if it's available. Early check-in may be possible after 12 noon if the unit is ready. Please contact our customer service to confirm.

Late Check-Out: We do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, please consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service.

Please note that there may be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out requests.

Other Things to Note:
• Parking: Guests have the option to park in the allotted parking space at the building or use off-street parking.
- Free to Air Channels (FTA): Our property does not offer traditional TV channels, but fear not! We've provided you with access to many internet-based programs, like YouTube.
• Smoking: Smoking, including both cigarettes and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Baggage Storage: Unfortunately, baggage storage is not available on the property for security reasons.
• Footwear: To maintain cleanliness, guests are kindly asked not to wear shoes on the carpeted areas.
• Jumping: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa to ensure their longevity.
• Noise: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD.
• EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc.
- BASIC TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS: We provide basic toiletries and household essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, and laundry soap) in limited quantities. Once these run out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. Additional charges will apply if you require us to deliver more during your stay.
• KEYS/PADLOCK: We provide one key and fob set per reservation as part of our policy, which aligns with the guidelines set by the authorities and our short-term rental management contract. Also, ensuring the safety and security of all guests is our top priority, and extra sets could jeopardize this commitment. Moreover, handling multiple sets may result in confusion and potential security hazards. Ensure the property key and fob are always with you. Should you misplace your keys, please contact a locksmith and the associated costs starting from AU$500 will be your responsibility. An additional fee for replacement keys and fob will be applicable if their loss is confirmed.
• KEY AND LOCK OUT ASSISTANCE: Please be advised that if you require assistance from our housekeeping staff in situations involving keys (e.g., lockouts or key deliveries), an additional fee will apply and may vary depending on the time and location of the request. This fee starts at a minimum of $150, which covers the costs of staff attendance and service, in the event that a locksmith (our primary option) is not readily available.
• Check-Out: When checking out, guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
• Damages: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
• Party: Hosting parties on the property is not allowed. Fines starting at AU$2000 may apply if noise complaints are received.

Conveniently Located

The apartment was conveniently located to Sydney Olympic Park which made it so easy to attend the events we had planned. It is a well equipped apartment for meals in or there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Loved the undercover parking as well as being close to public transport when we wanted to leave the car behind.
