CHECK-IN TIME

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests have to supply their ID and email address two days before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people, your children etc.
- Companies are welcome once they book under the travellers' names.
RULES

PARKING
-This apartment does not come with a parking bay, however parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability.
While the apartment is in the Best Western serviced apartments complex it is privately owned, and the Best Western personnel are not there to assist you. Please contact our host for any queries, do not contact Best Western staff.
Public access to the building is restricted through a reception lobby and the provided fob card enables secure after-hours access.
