Located at the foot of Kings Park, newly furnished spacious two bedroom apartment ideally located and fully equipped for those longer stays, Relocations or family getawayâs - free secure parking space included in your stay. We are located in the âMounts Bay Villageâ boasting a swimming pool, tennis court & fitness room. Our privately managed apartment is conveniently located and walking distance to, Jacobâs ladder which leads you upto Kings Park, City Shopping, Perth Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay Entertainment Complex
The Space
Your home away from home is accessed by two elevators and is a bright and spacious TWO bedroom apartment for 4 persons comprising of; Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a private balcony overlooking the tennis court and swimming pool with city views. Two separate bedrooms, one with a King size bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds
This apartment comes with a conveniently located allocated parking space (secure under croft communal parking area with 2 meter max height restriction) opposite the lifts which will take you to the third floor where our apartment is located
Full bathroom with Bath, Shower over bathtub and vanity & separate WC
Bedroom 1 - King bed, bedside lamps, mirrored wardrobe, independent air conditioning unit and block out blinds in the Bedroom - all linen is supplied for your stay
Bedroom 2 - twin single beds (option to be made into a King Bed on request), bedside lamp, open wardrobe and block out blinds in the Bedroom, serviced by a fan only - all linen supplied for your stay
Family Bathroom comprising of bath tub, shower over bath tub, vanity with mirror, hairdryer & separate WC â all towels are supplied (including pool towels)
Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board for your own use - toiletries, toilet paper are supplied to get you started with your stay, however, they are not intended to last the full duration
Lounge / dining - relax on our brand new lounge and watch your Favorite movies on our SMART TV 55", just bring your own password for your streaming account as (fast) WIFI available for free. Large desk/dedicated work space. Lounge is open plan and leads into a relaxed dining area set for four persons
Kitchen - Fully equipped with full size fridge (brand new) with French doors + large freezer below, full size dishwasher, electric Hob and electric under bench oven, Nespresso coffee machine, full crockery & cutlery supplied
Aircon - the open plan lounge is serviced by a reverse cycle cooling and heating air conditioner
Balcony â complete with chairs and table for you to enjoy

The apartment is set in a Quiet Family apartment complex in a relaxed environment, absolutely no events and no loud music
Our private apartment is located in a serviced apart-hotel building along with other private hosts. In the lobby is a reception desk, this is for guests of Nesuto apartments who also operate within the building, who we have no affiliation with, if you require any information about facilities within the complex or the Perth area, your hosts are on hand to help and are only a message away
If you require any assistance please contact your Hosts by messaging on the app or in emergency by phone (number is with your check in procedure info)
