The private community is less than a mile from the beautiful beaches of Bethany and short walk from the Assawoman canal for kayaking, canoeing, hiking along the many winding trails as well as fishing in one of the catch and release ponds. Features include central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 TVS, 4 DVDs, WiFi, Gas and charcoal Grill, and outside shower. Enjoy morning coffee sitting on the cozy screened porch! Perfect vacation home where you will be sure to make those special family memories! This unit is equipped with smoke and Co2 detectors for your safety.
