3BR/2BA, BR1:1Q, BR2:1Q, BR3:2T-bunk & 1F/1T-bunk - Beautiful cottage with open floor plan and hardwoods throughout. Great kitchen with granite counter tops with spacious breakfast bar and recently added new appliances. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery and more! Screened in porch with swing for relaxing. Linens included, Central A/C and Heat, crib, ceiling fans in every room, hot/cold outside shower, WIFI, all SMART TVs, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, screened porch and fenced in backyard. No Smoking. Dog Friendly. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Check in: 3-5PM, Check out: 10am.

Well kept home, pleasant neighborhood

The pictures accurately reflect the home. Has great stained wood floors and a wonderful front screen porch. It sits on a quiet town block, located close to the better restaurants and the beach. The staircases from ground to main floor are long and pitched. Descending can be tricky .

Giving our stay all the stars! What a wonderful vacation we had! This house had everything we needed and I couldn’t be happier 😊. A beautiful home and close to everything. Lovely home in heart of Oak Island

Lovely, comfortable home convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and beach shopping. Nice to have a wagon for our our beach items. We had all the comforts of home. Thank you for your thoughtful planning for our stay.

Great stay, well supplied kitchen

Great location, you can walk to the grocery store, variety of ice cream and Italian ice places. Great neighborhood for walking a pet even. Kitchen had anything you could need for cooking. Very. quiet area, beach is only a short 1 mile drive ( easily walkable if you wanted )

From the minute that I booked this listing until we left the 2 LilOki’s driveway, everything was fabulous!!! The owner and staff of Coastal Vacation Resorts were attentive and prompt for all of our needs and requests!! Can’t wait to book our next stay!

The perfect get away

Amazing!

First time we’ve ever used VRBO or stayed elsewhere other than a hotel. Such an easy process and amazing decision. Literally 5min walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping
couldn’t have been a better place to stay. Plus the house was beautiful. Even had a grill to do a little cooking out! Tons of toys for the beach and a wagon to take everything to the beach to include the provided beach chairs and umbrella! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

It was a great week! The house was clean and very comfortable. It had everything to make a home away from home. The screened front porch was perfect and made even the rainy days enjoyable. Location is great. Quiet street but convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

September in Oak Island

The house was close to the beach and lots of fun places to eat and shop. The house had everything we needed, and we appreciated the linen service. Our dogs loved the back yard and the screened in deck. It was a great week to relax in Oak Island!

This house was in a nice neighborhood, close to beach access and convenient to grocery store and several restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to go back in the future.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect beach vacation for our family of 4 adults, a teenager, a 5 year old and a fur baby. The cottage was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We loved the front porch with shade where we relaxed each day after a day at the beach. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our Luna where we could throw her ball each day. Kitchen had everything needed to fix great meals. We rented a golf cart and rode everywhere including doughnut shop, ice cream shop, shopping and meals. The only disappointment we had was the outside shower not working. Everything else was just as it was stated on the Vrbo app. We hated to leave this piece of paradise but hope to return again and make more family memories. Thanks Colleen for being so helpful and sharing your home with us.

We love 2 Lol’ OKI’s

This was our second stay at this house. We love everything about it. It was clean and comfortable and the house is well laid out for our family. My favorite part was coffee on the big screened porch, we spent a lot of time hanging out there in the mornings and evenings. The house is in the best location, you can walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. I couldn’t ask for better communication with the owner. Colleen is super responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay her again in the future.

Loved this home

We really enjoyed the location of the home, the fenced in back yard was so great for our two dogs they had a blast playing outside. Close to stores, beaches, and a short drive to Southport. Plenty of parking space and lots of room to enjoy our family.

Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful house! The place was clean, and all linens were included. The front porch was the highlight, entirely screened in and complete with a porch swing and comfortable chairs. The backyard was great for our 2 dogs. The gate takes a lot of effort to latch, but we left it unlatched most of the time anyway because the door opens inward, and our dogs are not escape artists. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked well. One tip- bring toilet paper with you as we did not know there wouldn’t be a roll in the house already! The TV unfortunately did not work, but we did not come to the beach to watch tv anyway. If you stay in this house, play the included game “Slapzi” - my family and I had a blast and we even ordered the game for ourselves to have at home! The beds were very nice, with the exception of the second queen bed (not the master bedroom) being very loud if you roll over/ get on or off the bed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We did drive to the beach since we had our 2 dogs, but it is easily walkable as well. One minor disappointment was that the outdoor shower does not work. We used the hose instead to rinse off sand. I gave this property 5 stars because, minus the few very minor inconveniences mentioned, we had an amazing time. Overall the house was perfect for us and communication with the hosts was easy and timely. We would definitely stay again!
