Our stay here was amazing, we had the best time! The house was super clean and spacious. This home exceeded our expectations, and the host of the property is very responsive and answered all of our questions! Will definitely be booking here again!

First, we want to thank the owner for allowing us to bring our 4 dogs. The owner was incredibly accommodating and patient, and we did our best to make sure we left the property as clean as we found it. When one considers that this is a dog-friendly rental property, and not every tenant is considerate, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and order of the place. Second, the owner was absolutely stellar in terms of communication and support. She made sure to address all of our questions before we arrived, and quickly responded to requests that we had about the area (restaurants, shops) after check-in.Third, the property is perfect for dogs: fenced in backyard, nice elevated deck, water bowls filled and ready when we got there, yard was free of dog hazards, pooper, scooper on hand. Finally, the property is close to everything we needed but far enough away to be quiet. We would absolutely rent again. It is as advertised and highly rated on VRBO. We two adults and four dogs had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10, sixteen paws up!

Great Home and Dog Friendly

Great place to stay at Oak Island. Only a couple minutes drive to beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Enjoyed our stay!

Quick Stay

Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Just a quick pit stop for us on our way to Florida...but wouldn't mind returning for a longer stay.

Perfect cozy spot!

We only stayed for one night, but it was the perfect quick stay. The house was clean, cozy and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The host was very sweet and communicative!

Wonderful beach house

We loved our stay. Communication was excellent and the house was perfect for our needs. A quick 2 minute drive to public beach access was perfect for a family with kids to easily go back and forth. We loved being able to include our fur family on vacation as well.

Family Island Getaway-Perfect getaway!

Wonderful little house. Very comfortable and spacious for a small house. Outdoor areas are such a huge bonus, only wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the fire pit. Was close to the VFW event we were in town for. Loved the island and hope to visit again!

“The Ideal Oak Island Stay”

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Oak Island! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach. The décor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we loved relaxing on the porch in the evenings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

very pleased with our stay here, house was comfortable and the fenced yard is a plus for anyone traveling with pets, a short walk to beach. the host was in communication with us prior to our stay about emergency roof repairs which were completed before arrival. definitely will stay here again.

Awesome time at Seas the Day

If you’re looking for a great place to stay for your vacation Seas the Day was fabulous!! It was clean, great communication with the owner/host. Not to far from beach. It was a great experience for the first time visit to Oak Island.

Rental to attend Granddaughter’s wedding

While our stay was only 2 nights, the accommodations were perfect for our family and my Chihuahua, Harley. The house was very clean and you could not tell that this rental allowed pets! We will certainly stay again on our next trip to Oak Island, NC.

Great getaway

Very friendly neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery store. A couple of minutes to the beach. Great kitchen. Dog friendly house with fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay again.

Cute family space

The communication with Kim was great, she was helpful with any issues we had, which were all small. The house was clean and the yard was a decent size so that our dog could play. I'd absolutely come back again
