ATV Access!
Bring your ATVs and side-by-sides to this luxurious 4 bedroom cabin, which is located deep in the Ouachita Forest near the ATV trails. This secluded cabin sits on a corner lot adjacent to the ATV trails off Lucian Sorrels Road. You can access the trails with only a 30 second shuttle on your ATVs!

Stumbling Deer is set among the tall pine trees where you can watch deer and other wildlife right out the back door. After enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch, you can go for a hike or bring your own horses for riding the trails. The front circle driveway has plenty of room for trailers and extra vehicles.

The central focus when you step inside the 2,400 square foot open floor plan of Stumbling Deer is the soaring cathedral ceilings and the oversized gas rock fireplace, featuring an oversized flat screen satellite TV with DVD player. You can simply sit back and get comfortable on the luxurious, rustic furnishings, with granite counters, ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout.
The chef’s dream kitchen offers a walk-in pantry and all stainless steel appliances – an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with built-in ice maker. The kitchen is supplied with plenty of cookware and dishes, flatware and glassware, as well as a toaster, blender, pancake griddle, waffle maker and crock pot.

The whole family will enjoy the vintage video arcade machine, with games that are a blast from your past for hours of entertainment in the loft game room. It is loaded with 40 of your favorites – Pac Man,

Galaga, Centipede and Donkey Kong, just to name a few. The game room also offers a fun selection of
board games and movies to keep the kids entertained for hours.
Stumbling Deer comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 king beds, 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a
queen sleeper sofa in the loft – all luxury bed linens are provided.
All bedrooms feature flat screen satellite TV’s and ceiling fans with beautiful log bedroom furniture
made of Aspen and Cedar. The master suite downstairs has a gorgeous walk in shower with rock flooring and large his and hers bathroom vanities. Upstairs is another master suite with a king size bed, a third bedroom with a king size bed, and the fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds. A queen sofa
bed is available for sleeping two more people in the loft. Upstairs you will also find a Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. Ahhhhhh…

Relax in the bubbly 6 – 8 person hot tub on the back deck while watching the forest animals stroll past you. Books, board games and cards are supplied for even more family bonding time. The great outdoors is right at your doorstep with a large gas grill and a campfire ring for telling stories and roasting marshmallows by the fire. Hammocks under the trees or a game of horseshoes will keep everyone happy!

grocery items and fresh flowers. Beavers Bend Adventures will schedule an in-cabin massage if
