Adjoining the kitchen you’ll find a cosy living area complete with a sofa and armchairs where you can kick back and watch TV after a day at the beach, while split system air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort and an indoor fireplace keeps everyone cosy on chilly evenings.

From the living area, glass doors slide open to a generously sized deck, where a six-seater table and shade umbrella provide the perfect setting for casual alfresco dining while you soak up the ocean breezes, listen to the sounds of the abundant birdlife, and take in leafy, sweeping views overlooking Rye.
