The space
The house features two captivating levels, including a spacious downstairs rumpus room that overlooks the pool, an upstairs lounge and dining ideal for entertaining, a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, and three separate dining spaces for any occasion. There are two master bedrooms, both with stunning ocean views that will take your breath away. The property also features ducted heating and cooling as well as gas heating to ensure your comfort all year round.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a world-class water-edge pool and heated spa that overlook the mesmerising views of the Pacific Ocean, Palm Beach, Manly, and beyond. The pool area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and the outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying stunning breakfasts and peaceful evenings listening to the waves.
The location is ideal for those looking to explore the surrounding area, with cafes, restaurants, and shops just moments away. Bouddi National Park is nearby, offering stunning natural beauty and great hiking trails. The property is just over an hour north of Sydney, making it a convenient escape for city dwellers.
The unique south-facing aspect of the property provides stunning sunsets over the south of Killcare beach and hills, as well as sunrises over the left of the property in the summer. Please note that this property is available for guests who are at least 25 years of age or older. We do not allow schoolies, parties, events or more than 10 guests at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these rules to maintain the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
10 Guest Cap
Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 10, unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. It is important that all guests are declared at the time of booking, and no additional mattresses or bedding are allowed to be brought onto the property. If there are any extra guests, they will be asked to leave the property and/or the deposit bond will be forfeited
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and it's important to be respectful of the neighbours. To ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, and no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Please be aware that sound travels easily to the immediate neighbours, so please keep noise levels at a minimum at all times of the day.
Should there be noise disruption reported, ourâŻsecurity company will beâŻcalled to the property. ThisâŻwill result in aâŻsecurity call out fee ofâŻ$500 and possibleâŻeviction with no refund of remaining nights accommodation.âŻ
COST OF DAMAGEâŻ: The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay.
SMOKINGâŻon the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur anâŻadditional cleaning fee of $500.⯠Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.âŻ
