This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa is located in the heart of Angourie. A stones throw from spooky's beach and the Blue Pools adjacent to the spectacular Yuraygir National park.
Recently stylishly renovated this ideal beach house comfortably sleeps 6-8. With spacious living and dining areas, ocean views, a large deck with daybed and BBQ along with high speed WIFI, sound system and smart TV, this is the perfect home away from home.
The space
Loloma is simply the ideal Angourie beach house.
The first floor of this spacious villa features 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in addition to a full laundry. The master with attached ensuite and private balcony has a queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom features a king bed (which may be split into 2 singles upon request), the third bedroom has a queen. The fourth bedroom is elevated above the living areas in a private mezzanine with ocean views.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas flow onto a large balcony with oversize day bed and BBQ. It's the ideal spot to kick back and soak up the ocean views.
This fully equipped large kitchen is one any chef would be happy to cook in! It has all the frills one would expect in a property of this caliber including a coffee machine.
Ground floor garage for parking.
Angourie showcases a charming small cafe serving delicious fare during the daytime. Yamba is 5 minutes drive for shopping at the local farmers market, restaurants, boutique shops, cinema, more superb beaches and paddling on the Clarence River.
