Situated halfway between Newport & Bungan Beach. This idyllic home features a heated pool, cinema & flowing entertaining area's all within a short stroll to the beach, shops or The Newport. North facing the house is cooled by the Summer nor' easter as you watch the sun set. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, Outdoor Bar area, Movie Room & Gym. There's plenty of space to unwind or entertain.
The entry is bright & airy opening up the void to the downstairs lounge & dining.
As you walk down the stairs the area opens up. Polished concrete floors reflect the light from the north facing outdoor area & pool.
The lounge, dining & kitchen are combined into one breathtaking space with 3m high ceilings connecting to the void above.
The dining table has seating for 10 with 5 at the kitchen bar, so plenty of space for all.
The lounge is designed to relax while still being connected with the rest of the room.
The chef's kitchen is minimal with everything you could ever need for those long lunches.
Open the full length sliding doors & this area transforms into one huge covered entertaining area. This outdoor table also seats 10 with day beds to further relax overlooking the pool.
Walk on through to the bar area to the sunken lounge, gas BBQ & bar area. This is the perfect place to entertain while turning a snag or sneaky arvo snooze.
The rear of the living area opens up into a seperate kitchen/ butlers pantry which connects to the gym & sound proofed movie room with reclining seats.
The sleeping quarters upstairs features 4 generous bedrooms, each bedroom having no common walls with the other.
The master bedroom features an uber king bed, district view, ensuite & walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 features a king bed, leafy outlook with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 features a king bed with built in robe & views over the reserve. This king bed can be split in singles on request.
Bedroom 4 features a king bed with built in robe & views over the reserve. This king bed can be split in singles on request.
This architect designed home is amazingly quiet & private with a minimalistic tropical vibe. The perfect place to unwind & relax over Summer.
