Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests, the master upstairs is an open loft style with king bed, and large private ensuite. Downstairs 2 doubles and 1 queen, plus a modern bathroom servicing the ground floor.

This is a great home for a family retreat, a gathering of friends, or if you are attending a wedding or event nearby, Camp David Farm, The Little Church at Spring Hill, and The Burrow are all close by to Spring Hill Country Retreat.

Spring Hill is one of the most beautiful locations in this region, and perfectly located right in between the popular tourist destinations of Trentham, Daylesford, and Kyneton (all a short drive). Surrounded by some of Victoria’s best fresh produce, providores, farm gates, wineries, and distilleries to stock up at.

Why cook when some of Victoria’s best eateries are down the road in Trentham, such as Du Fermier, The Cosmopolitan Hotel, Pig and Whistle Hotel, Trentham General, and Red Beard Bakery. Or venture to Daylesford or Kyneton for many more incredible dining options.

Minimum 2-nights. Long weekends, public holidays, and peak periods minimum 3-nights. Christmas and Easter minimum 4-nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.

Rate is for 8 guests. Extra couch-surfers are an additional $50 per night on a fold out couch in the loft master bedroom, up to 2 extras only (maximum 10 guests total).

House trained and well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. Yard isn`t fully fenced so won`t suit all pets.

No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups.

Fire pits are subject to CFA enforced restrictions, and are not allowed in fire danger period and total fire ban days.

50% initial payment due upon booking and 50% balance payment charged 14 days prior to arrival.

*Tax applied to the booking is the Victorian state government’s new Short Stay Levy, charged on Holiday Rental properties.

Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
Pets by prior request only ($25 pet fee). Guests responsible for any damage or clean-up, see Pet Policy in House Rules. Small house-trained pets only.
