1) I wish we had a dedicated parking space but we understood that the nature of the property just didn't allow for that. 2) For all that deck area it could have had a hot tub. 3) The water pressure was very low all week. For several hours on Thursday morning we actually had no water at all. If we opened a faucet it would just suck air. 4) We kept tripping over the pedestal bases that extended out around the beds. This was a serious tripping hazard. 5) The tile floor on the level where the ping pong table was must have been installed by the lowest bidder. Most tiles were loose and many others were cracked. 6) We tried to use the dish washer (that looks like a microwave) on the last day and it leak all over the cabinet below. We shut it off and washed the items by hand. 7) On a positive note, it was centrally located which allowed for a reasonable walk to many places we wanted to go. I probably would not rent this property again.

Very happy with our stay at the KAMP apartment! Proximity to Duval can’t be beat. Seems like it’d be a great party pad - but the two of us were there for rest & relaxation - and we got plenty! Comfy bed, comfy couches, sunsets from the deck and sunrises from the balcony. We felt right at home!

Everything was easy! Property was perfect. We could’ve used a few more blankets or throws but we made it fine. Would recommend for sure.

Great spot & great communication

Great stay! Great communication with management. Had to make several adjustments to the reservation and they were always very quick to respond. During our stay, one of the air conditioning units was struggling and within two hours of notifying management, a repair team was on site and quickly fixed. We were very impressed with the management team and the property in all regards. The bed was very comfortable, that’s very hard to find, we slept very well!

Great Old Town Location Needs TLC

Location is great and it has potential. Check-in instructions need a second look and we found the elevator entry double locked, had to go back down and around to the stairs. For top dollar you just expect all the doors and windows to operate properly and lock. Also there is not a tub, as claimed in the listing.

Large chunks of flooring missing; uneven thin plywood. Curtains not hung in bedroom. Ping pong paddles needed replacing. Neon sign not working. Large pools of moldy water outdoors. Mold on AC vents indoors. Record player not as advertised. Clothing shelves dusty. Spotty Wi-Fi. Toiletries in bathrooms not filled. Front slider door lock broken. Bathrooms recently refurbed. Deck nice. Overall KAMP needs lots of upkeep. Very disappointed.
