Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 1 in front of garage, 1 in community overflow parking areas on a first come first serve basis). STR license #022322

The house was great, and we enjoyed the location. Getting to/from the resort using the town bus was easy and convenient. We had two families and everyone enjoyed their stay. The rental agency was very annoying and obtrusive with all of their extra requirements and paperwork. I’d recommend this house, but not this rental/management company.

Family ski trip

Great condo! Only suggestion would be tighter sheets, they kept coming off all the beds during the night while sleeping. The condo was perfect besides that.

Good - location, bedroom configuration. Bad - unable to use TV - no instructions, plugged shower drain. No pillow cases, uncomfortable beds, no dishwasher detergent or salt and pepper. Carpets and furniture very worn.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

This condo was very nice! It has high end finishes and appliances, a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and comfortably slept 2 families of 5. The garage was deep and tall enough for our ford Expedition max with a cargo box on top to pull into. The bus to the resort was across Main Street, just a 2 min walk from the condo. Wonderful pizza place is less than a 1 minute walk away. We submitted a request to the host for some additional bedding and THREE people came by within a 2 hour period to bring us bedding! Great service!

FROGs (Five Really Old Guys skiing) - Winter Park

Nice property; roomy, comfortable and centrally located. Basic kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) were sparse, as were cooking utensils. Gas grill did not work as the gas line valve was covered with ice. Property manager (Winter Park Escapes) was very helpful and provided clear communication. The guys had never skied Winter Park before and they were delighted by the ski area. We would rent this unit again in the future.

Nice location, but poor property maintenance

Pros- Location. We stay at a Telemark condo yearly for this reason and generally really enjoy the properties. Cons- All fixable, but overall very disappointing maintenance of the property. Issues included an obviously broken chair on the deck on arrival (also the only piece of furniture on the deck), an entire side of a bathtub that fell off on the first day (and had layers of duct tape and velcro underneath indicating this was a chronic problem that had been poorly dealt with), burned out/missing light bulbs in many lamps and a towel rack that fell apart as soon as you touched it. Additionally, the hot tub power had been shut off and not turned back on, so the water was cold and required all day to reheat after we realized this and corrected the issue. This condo had very limited stocking as well, with no bar or hand soap in the main bathroom and inadequate toilet paper for the stay (both reluctantly corrected with notification). We had very disappointing customer service experiences on our initial calls to request soap and toilet paper and a subsequent call after the stay to discuss the maintenance issues (I was told to list my concerns but that she could not guarantee a manager would call me back). Fortunately, a manager did call back within several days and was very nice. She gave us a slight discount on the stay (+ a small discount on a future stay). Overall, I remain underwhelmed and hope more attention is paid to property readiness for guests going forward.
