North of Melbourne CBD, just above Brunswick, youâll find a bright and contemporary two-bedroom apartment that offers loads of light, mid-century furniture and an outdoor balcony with city views. Youâll be just 12 minutesâ walk from Coburg Train Station and 4 minutesâ walk from the number 19 tram.
Just around the corner youâll find Merri Creek parklandsâa green sanctuary of bike trails and walking tracks that is frequented by locals and offers the ultimate place to relax and unwind.
Looking out over the city, enjoy living like a local in Coburg from the base of a bright and stylish two-bedroom apartment fit with all the modern conveniences.
Please note, construction has finished adjacent to the building and there is now another building where you see the cranes in the photos.
Stylish living is evident in the open-plan living area furnished with a comfortable couch, chic armchair, split-system air conditioning and heating, and a wide-screen smart TV with Netflix access. The living space floats effortlessly into a dining space featuring a stunning, dark timber table for four.
Make use of the high-end appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen that lines the back wall. Cook up a storm with the use of a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and full-sized fridge and choose to dine indoors or outdoors on the breezy balcony as you enjoy the expansive city views.

**The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we donât replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
