Your close proximity to public transport and the CBDâand the convenience of secure parking for one carâmeans you can explore with ease.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment epitomises industrial living with its sky-high ceilings, solid timber furniture and wall-covered bookshelves. Combine this with polished timber flooring, grand windows and all the mod cons, and you have yourself a stylish yet unique space that is the ideal stay for four guests. Plus, youâll enjoy the convenience of staying just five minutesâ walk from buzzing Smith Street.
Spread over two spacious storeys, find old-world charm sprinkled with art, books and contemporary luxuries. Eclectic couches frame a large, HD smart TV that comes with Netflix (no live free to air tv channels/on demand channels offered); while a stunning timber dining table offers seating for six. Nearby youâll find a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, all the modern appliances as well as all the necessary cooking utensils. Step out of the living room onto a charming, furnished wooden patio that is the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine.
A master bedroom is located on a Mezzanine level and features a four-poster queen bed and an expansive walk-in wardrobe; while a secondary bedroom comes furnished with a plush queen bed and built-in robes. A contemporary bathroom can be found on each level offering a toilet, his and her sinks and spacious shower; with the upstairs one featuring the luxury of a bathtub.
Additional amenities include a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, heating, Wi-Fi and secure parking for one car.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we donât replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
