This spacious stay offers the best of coastal and metropolitan living, just a 15-minute stroll to Port Melbourne Beach and Princess Pier and close to popular sights like St Kilda, Crown Casino and South Melbourne Market so you don't miss a beat on what the city offers. Spread across two levels, this three-bedroom family townhouse sleeps up to four guests and offers open-plan living, a furnished outdoor deck, leafy green backyard and secure parking for one, small car.
A downstairs living area flooded with natural light offers a low-profile, L-shaped lounge situated in front of a flat-screen TV. There are no live free-to-air channels, but there are channels on demand and you can use the smart features of the TV. Open plan living flows seamlessly to the basic kitchen including a microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, gas stovetop and an oven. Dine at the timber table or opt for an alfresco setting and step through the glass-paneled sliding doors onto the spacious outdoor deck and grassy yard. Please note the house is not perfect and the kitchen appliances and furnishings are on the older side and a bit worn, some may consider it run down and there are personal belongings in the wardrobes.
Upstairs youâll find three bedrooms. The main bedroom comes with a queen bed and built-in mirrored wardrobes, while the smaller second bedroom has a single bed (foam mattress). The third bedroom sleeps one more guest in a permanently set up king-single sofa bed, plus a dedicated workspace offering a quiet spot for those sending emails or taking Zoom calls during their stay.
The main bathroom upstairs features a vanity, walk-in glass shower and toilet, while a half bathroom downstairs adds to your everyday convenience. Additional amenities include secure parking for one small car as well as free and unrestricted street parking, split-type heating and cooling units in the living area and main bedroom, and a washing machine.
The big bins are collected every Friday so they must be taken out for collection every Thursday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Thursday/Friday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out. We will send you reminders. Thanks!
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we donât replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
The BBQ is currently out of order and is therefore not part of the available amenities.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
